Very large and spacious room with a sitting area and a fireplace. Bar Harbor close by and can be seen from the balcony. This is a "Class A" Inn. Be prepared to be impressed. Remotely located restaurant requires a short walk.

We had a beautiful corner suite on the 4th floor of the Mizzentop (main building). Very spacious, well appointed. Huge bathroom with double sinks and long counter. Fireplace with french doors opening to nice balcony with gorgeous view of the harbor. Very comfortable. Quite a hike to downtown, a good mile, but we did it at least once if not… Read more

Very convenient for Acadia National Park as well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Read less

The views from our window and front porch just outside the door were spectacular. In fact, we could see the sunrise without even getting out of bed! The main building (Mizztop) is newer and a step up. We went to listed to Bill T. on the grand piano both nights of our stay. His playing is outstanding, and we enjoyed the conversation with him as well. The Great room area and bar are very nice. All in all I would recommend. Read less

We wanted to splurge a little and get a nice room in Bar Harbor, what a wonderful idea. A wonderful stay! Room was spacious and fireplace was cozy! The views were wonderful especially the sunrises and sunsets! Piano player Bill was fantastic. If closer I would just go and hear him! The breakfast was a little disappointing! But would love to return there!!
