The staff was very friendly and courteous. The only negative is that I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and they never arrived. That was the only negative out of positive stay at the hotel. would stay there again

Old port is beautiful even in winter. Hotel was nice. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. But construction in parking garage was loud in our room which caused poor sleeping conditions. Staff wasn't very good about giving us information. No one told us we could use the pool and no one told us about breakfast.

Clean room with excellent view of the bay and old port area of the city. Good location, close to all the curt of Portland has to offer. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok considering the COVID-19 restrictions, but only hand one type of breakfast sandwich, more of a variety was expected.

Thermostat set to 75 in living room of high end suite. Went to bed and closed the door. Woke up at 4am to a sauna in the bedroom, had to open door so no more privacy. Living room was 75 as set on thermostat. Literally dripping sweat in master bedroom.....
