This is an excellent $250.00 hotel. The problem is that they charge between $400 and $600 per night plus $25 per day parking plus 9% tax. The price varies depending on the day of the week or some other mysterious whim of the management. The breakfast was fine but not up to Drury Inn standards. This hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the best restaurants, shopping, wharfs, and sightseeing pickup locations. You must go to the Holy Donut Shop, the Bakery, DeMillos restaurant, Portland Lobster restaurant, and the Harbor Fish Market fish store for the most fresh fish for sale that you will have ever seen. Enjoy..

This seems like a newer hotel. The rooms are updated and clean. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. It offers a buffet breakfast. It is located just one block from the main street on old port where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do. I would stay here again.

(Shout out to the young lady working the morning of the 4th and 5th - I'm so sorry I can't remember her unique name!) Breakfast was great, location was great (walking distance to all that Old Port had to offer), and the accommodations were great. Our room faced the street (5th floor) which got busy at night, with the clubs across the street, but nothing that disturbed us in any way. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Read less
