Sebasco embodies the best of Maine in nearly every sense. Maine is an authentic place in both physical and emotional senses. In this Maine, you fit into the environment; you don't try to fight it or overwhelm it. People are real, not perfect. But there is a friendliness and welcoming nature that accept you as you are. That is what makes Sebasco "pure Maine". The location is one of a kind. Rocky shore, cozy harbor, native plants, unique golf course, and architecture that is the classic hodge podge of shingled cottages and recreational buildings that evoke the classic Maine camp experience. Comfortable and unpretentious. If you like new fancy-schmancy without soul or history, this in not your spot. If you like friendly folk who seem to belong in this place and welcome you to join them in enjoying the way Maine really is, this is the spot. We have been coming to Sebasco for over 30 years off and on and it still feels like home and the employees like extended family (in a good way!). Oh, and the smoked corn chowder is to die for. This is by design not the Ritz Carlton...but it has everything you desire for a low-key family or couples vacation...incredible location on the water, lots of open space to golf, walk, row, bike, or just relax. There are several types of accommodations inclduing hotel rooms, cottages and suites, some with kitchenettes. The rooms are very clean and well-kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful...and attentive to pandemic safety. There are 2 good restaurants on site (with accommodation for food allergies, in our case gluten free). There are supermarkets and several restaurants in Bath, a 25 minute drive. Read less

The Sebasco Harbor Resort was an amazing place! I loved my stay. It was clean, comfortable, warm, and inviting. It managed to blend high hospitality without stuffy and formal in a charming, Maine setting. I slept in a fully-renovated historic lighthouse with a gorgeous view. The meals were great. The customer service was better! I could not… Read more

This is the most beautiful, old fashioned family friendly resort. We have stayed in several different cottages over the years, and it just gets better and better! Lobster bakes on the lawn, candlepin bowling, golf, boat tours, kayaks, tennis.... I could go on and on. We hiked, golfed, then had a sunset boat tour followed by a lobster dinner and… Read more

Lobster bakes on the lawn, candlepin bowling, golf, boat tours, kayaks, tennis.... I could go on and on. We hiked, golfed, then had a sunset boat tour followed by a lobster dinner and a walk to the ice cream shop for moose tracks to end a perfect day! There are rooms and cottages to fit all size groups. The staff is amazing, the food is fantastic, and the views are unbelievable. We can't wait to return! Read less
