Great, quiet and semi-rustic (some might say dated) hotel nestled in the mountains and within walking distance of Williams College. While the service was very good and the rooms clean and very adequate, the check in area and the dining rooms were charmless. The buffet breakfast was merely OK. There are constructing a new Inn at the bottom of Spring St. and probably did not want to put a lot of money into this property.

hoping to get back up there when the new hotel is built and see the same staff - they were wonderful!! What a beautiful part of our country. The college town was awesome - everything in a contained area! We loved Williamstown!

We stayed overnight during a recent visit to campus. The Inn will close very soon due to moving to new facilities. It was absolutely clean and lovely (though very dated). I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel, so long as the visitor understands this.
