Stayed here several times over the years and stopped here on a whim overnight, only to find that they will be permanently closing their doors at the end of the month! That is the bad news as it has classic New England charm and is sort of an institution in Williamstown. The good news is that they are almost done with construction of a new Williams Inn about four blocks away and will be opening up in mid-August! This place moves to a new location in September 2019. We stayed in the “old” location, staff were great. New location looks great. We only stayed here because our surname is williams, and we loved the Williams shop!

We stayed here before a visit to Tanglewood. Williamstown has much to offer, and the Williams Inn is central. The personnel was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

They are opening a new Williams Inn closer to the Main… Read more
