Christmas Farm Inn & Spa

New Hampshire, New England

The hotel

Kicking off your shoes and curling up with your morning coffee in the rocking chair on the inn’s front porch, as you stare off into views of the Presidential Range or the Plourde family’s flower-stuffed gardens, may just put you at risk of not seeing anything else on your stay at Christmas Farm Inn & Spa. A 15 acre estate with a collection of clapboard buildings painted in traditional New England shades of rust, periwinkle, sage, and pure white, the oldest property dates back to 1778 and houses rooms with festive names like Cupid and Blitzen. After a complimentary country-style breakfast, you could head to the nearby adventure parks, scenic drives, or North Conway outlet shops. Or just enjoy this Jackson inn’s pools, hot tub, pub, dining room, and family attractions like nightly movies.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Christmas Farm Inn and Spa. First and foremost, we were upgraded and the room we were put in was gorgeous and far exceeded my expectation. It was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and it was QUIET!!! A full breakfast (not just complimentary) was included in very reasonable room price, and we dined there the first night and were so impressed by the food that we came back the second night. Most of their menu had gluten free items, which is a rare find for my celiac husband - he usually only has a couple of choices. The portions were large and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were all exceptional, well-versed in GF foods, accommodating, and just plain nice. We loved our stay and will (hopefully!) be back someday. Read less

As always, CFI was a class operation. Facilities are top-notch and staff are all courteous and professional. Rooms and sittings areas in the Carriage House were perfect for relaxing and socializing with family. Got a free upgrade which is always nice! 2 favorites places in Jackson/North Conway are Christmas Farm Inn and Inn at Thornhill.

My husband and I were looking for a vacation destination when he stumbled upon the Christmas Farm Inn online. It sounded like the perfect escape for some R&R. We booked a 4 night stay and arrived to find the Inn exactly as shown & described online. The main in and carriage house are lightly decorated for Christmas in the offseason, but, I bet it looks amazing during the holidays. Location was perfect as it was about 10 mins from North Conway where there are shops and restaurants, but, far enough away to relax and enjoy the quiet calm of the White Mountains. Room - We were staying in the Carriage House, which is situated in the back of the property along with the spa and just up a short walkway from the indoor pool and gym. The room was clean and bright. It had a king size bed on one side and there was a separate sitting room with a small couch & 2 chairs. The mattress was on the firmer side, but, no issues getting comfortable. There was a TV in each room. Just off of the sitting room there was also a balcony that was perfect for reading in the fresh air and stargazing at night. The bathroom was spacious and had a jacuzzi tub & separate shower. Spa - We each had a massage with the hot stone upgrade & pedicures. I also had a manicure. It was so relaxing and the massage therapists take time to talk over what you'd like done. While getting our pedicures, we had a nice time chatting with the nail techs and learning about what there was to do in the surrounding areas. Everyone was very friendly and the environment of the spa is calming and quiet. Restaurant - The bar and the restaurant have the same menu & the food is very good. We ate there twice for dinner as well as each day for the included breakfast. Breakfast was a "cold bar" of cereal, yogurt, granola & muffins. In addition, we could each choose a breakfast entree. The wait staff was wonderful - friendly, attentive & helpful! Amenities - The indoor pool/hot tub was great as it was nearby our room and a bit warmer. The last day of our stay was rainy but we loved still being able to hit the pool after our day in town. The gym is in the same building as the pool and very nice. There is also a sizable bathroom for changing and showering, if needed. Nearby: North Conway shopping, Mt Washington, Saco River tubing, hiking, pool, etc. Plenty of fun for the whole family. Overall, we loved the Christmas Farm Inn and hope to go back soon with more of our family. I can only imagine how amazing it must be around the holidays. Every single person there - from check-in to wait staff to spa staff to maintenance is friendly and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend Christmas Farm Inn to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in a beautiful location. Read less

Stayed for 5 nights. Room was excellent and hotel restaurant was excellent (book on Mondays, 2 for 1 on entrees). Indoor pool is fairly small but heated and there is also a jacuzzi. The outdoor pool is freezing, even in July. Over the road there is a play area with swings, basketball hoop and soccer goal. WiFi is free and always connected.… Read more

Atmosphere in and around the hotel is very pleasant and relaxing. The area is good for walking in the mountains or to waterfalls, so long as you have a car - also needed to reach good local restaurants. Not much in Jackson itself, but it is nice and quiet.
