Great accommodations, amenities, and food all in a beautiful setting. If you want to relax, connect with nature, and have the choice of adventure or luxury (or a little of both), stay here. The Mountain Club is family-friendly but also great for a couple's getaway or a group get together (all ages).

I initially just wanted somewhere that we could relax and have a good nights sleep before heading home the next day - we loved it so much that we extended our stay by another night. I cannot comment on any of the restaurants because we ate in town. The staff was always very pleasurable to deal with, we did not encounter anyone who was rude or gave attitude. Only issues for me were the kids in the hot tub (young kids 2 and over) and the amount of kids splashing in the pool (I'm fully aware that kids splash but there should be parents watching better and an adult swim time). I also had an issue with parking, but we found a spot and all was well. We cannot wait to go back and are anticipating holding our wedding here! Read less

This was our first visit and we will be back. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a King Club Room on the front of the building, which had an amazing view of the White Mountains. We opted for the included breakfast, which was tasty and served buffet style, including typical hot options like eggs, french toast, etc. Unlimited access to the Loon Mountain Gondola is included in the summer. Our room was clean, with a comfortable mattress, swivel club chair, table and chairs and a balcony with two chairs and phenomenal views. The drive over the Kancamagus Highway to Conway is very pretty, with many scenic lookouts. My only criticism, and it is very minor, is that I would have liked the convenience of a small refrigerator in the room for cold beverages. We brought a small cooler, which solved the problem. Overall, this was a lovely place to visit. Read less

Ed at check-in was great. We received a $25 off dinner coupon for their Blue Diamond Bar & Grill, two for one breakfast buffet every morning and $50 off a massage at the spa. We used all the coupons. Great breakfast, dinner and spa. We stayed in room 1219. A king room with a small balcony. Our view was trees and parking lot. We only slept in the room so that was fine. The layout of the resort is like a maze but with a little exploring we figured it out. Hope to go back again. Read less

The place had a weird vibe. First of all the layout was confusing, people at the front desk were arguing on the phone with customers about the bill, Got the deal through Groupon said I would get a $50 spa credit but when I got the voucher it was only for a massage, Groupon said I’d get free breakfast but it was buy one get one free so that was… Read more

First night in the hotel got really sick I couldn’t breathe I wasn’t sure if it was the air conditioner or if someone snuck a cat in but I was miserable the second day. They did move me to another room but I just couldn’t get wait to get out of there. Morning buffet was messy food was left everywhere and nobody picked it up next to the trays. Will never stay here again Read less
