We went during Easter weekend and it was very quiet and peaceful. Lots of space and very convenient for a family of 6. Being able to cook our own meals and the drop down beds allowed everyone to have a comfy sleep without being to crowded. Staff were great

We have been coming to this resort for the past 15 yrs. We love it here! This is our go to place when we want a quick getaway. The kids love the indoor and the outdoor pool. The spa area is nice nothing fancy. Don’t bother with the massage, I’ve had a couple massages here and I didn’t like it. My husband had a few massages as well and he didn't like it either. The breakfast buffet is good but I noticed the last few times we went the quality has gone down. I have some allergies and some food restrictions (no gluten & no lactose) and they have always been able to accommodate my needs but this last time we stayed there the waiter said I’m sorry you have to eat what we have on the Buffett. The dinner is overpriced but you can always drive down the street and eat at the local restaurants. They do give you a restaurant voucher but we are a big family and its not worth it for us. They also give you a gondola ride voucher which is always fun. The adventure area is overpriced but it’s fun to keep the kids entertained. My kids have done the adventures way too many times so they are over it. The rooms are spacious and overall comfortable. Read less

I’m dissapointed to see that the price of the gym membership keeps going up, but not much has changed in the facility in the 20+ years I’ve been up there on and off. There are a few more amenities-a massage room, a nail salon (which rarely seem to be in use.) They work out facilities are still small, the locker room, tired. But not much to… Read more
I’m dissapointed to see that the price of the gym membership keeps going up, but not much has changed in the facility in the 20+ years I’ve been up there on and off. There are a few more amenities-a massage room, a nail salon (which rarely seem to be in use.) They work out facilities are still small, the locker room, tired. But not much to warrant such an exorbitant membership price. Especially for people who are actual residents, not condo owners. No break for the locals, given all the blackout dates? And who wants to go up there during MA February vacation. But I digress. My biggest concern is the lack of immediate handicap accessibility. There isn’t a lift or an elevator in the facility. To this I mentioned to someone who works at the mountain and frequents the gym. He chuckled and was relieved that it was built before the ADA has any say. They dodged a bullet as far as being inconvenienced or spending major money to renovate. My other major concern is the lack of a family changing facility. There are rooms off to the left and right of the locker rooms, that are seemly never occupied. Why not turn those into a family changing room. It would benefit older people/children with special needs who may need assistance, as well as children who are too young to go into their gender apropriate locker room alone. I’m sure the adult men and women changing, would also like some privacy. All in all, some major renovations need to be made. Better to spend a little money now than a lot later when faced with a lawsuit. I would prefer and update in the facility, than the frivolities. Read less

Just returned from a great midweek stay here. Thoroughly enjoyed amenities, hospitality and vibe of the Mountain Club. Nothing tops the convenience of having on-site restaurant, indoor pool, arcade (and ski gondola just yards from the hotel). We will be back again soon - perhaps this summer to use zip line, ropes course, etc. Thanks to the… Read more

The best part is how close you are to the mountain, we put our gear on in the parking garage and walked about 80 feet in a hallway and we were right out on the mountain (the next morning we used a locker). You can get normal lift tickets at the front desk, and it was very convenient. The room wasn't anything special, but clean and comfortable. The people at the hotel were friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back. Please keep in mind you can't access the ski locker after you check out, this did cost us an additional trip to the front desk (up and down a few elevators). Read less
