My fiance and I decided we wanted to celebrate five years together. We love the mountains and the great northwoods. We chose this place because it was in the mountains. Gorgeous views, beautiful rooms, and kind staff. You can't beat the price. It's around so many other things that you can see and do as well. On top of the amentities that are in… Read more

Overall we had a good stay. When we had a question about the bill the counter employee was pretty rude and refused to explain it until we checked out at the end of our stay, also as it stats on the website breakfast is not included and is pretty expensive to buy there.

My wife and son are VERY light sleepers. As soon as we went to our room we went back down to see about changing the location because it was directly in front of the elevators. This should be noted before someone books. I was told by the staff that it will be quiet because it's on the 4th floor and it's not heavy traffic up there. That was not the case, sleepless night for all of us. I was told I'd receive a discount off my room and still haven't received it. Read less

Perfect location for a getaway with the grandkids during school vacation. The pools and hot tubs were great. Enjoyed pools being open at 7am for our early risers. Arcade was fun despite a few games not working. Movie theater was a great hit with complimentary popcorn. We even borrowed a DVD from the loan library at the front desk. Service… Read more

Dated place. Lack of maintenance. Pool was dirty. Dust, dirt and mold... Customer service did not care except saying "enjoy the rest of your day". They tried to charge my card but thanks to the app, you can lock the card for the second night and leave.
