Otherwise it's going to be a bit disturbing because windows are so thin that you can even feel and hear how the wind blows in a case if it's so windy. The room is not big, for two people pretty small, but well cleaned. Breakfast was good enough to start the day. The best thing that this hotel offers is location, subway 5 min, Times Square 10 min, the good base to start your journey in NYC. Staff is helpful, friendly, overall the hotel is well-managed. This is a typical Comfort Inn. It's clean and has been mostly updated. We had two beds in our room and it was manageable. The breakfast area is tight. Even though the address makes it seem as if it's in Midtown, it is between 10th and 11th Avenues, so it is quite a walk from the theaters. It can also be dark in spots because there is a lot of… Read more

It can also be dark in spots because there is a lot of construction in the area. A note if you're visiting in the next two years. They're putting up a building adjacent to the hotel. It is incredibly noisy. Work started at 7 am, and we couldn't hear ourselves think. If you do book a room, ask for one on the side of the hotel that is away from the construction. Read less

Het hotel ansich was prima. Kamer klein maar alles zit erin. Ontbijt ook prima. Alleen we hadden dus van 7.00 - 17.00 last van werkzaamheden aan de achterzijde van het hotel. Heiwerkzaamheden... Dear hotel, We went and stay for 3 nights at your hotel. There was a big construction going on from 07.00-17.00. A big construction isn’t announced a few days before. I think you should have give us a heads up / warning. So we could make a discision, maybe a different one. A small room is ok in New York. Breakfast to start the day also fine. But i’m very dissapointed about the noise from the construction. There’s no shortage in New York so you probaly just take the risk of a few unsatisfied Customers. Kind regards, Read less

Our Cruise ship THE GEM was delayed by weather from getting in to the New York terminal .. we had to spend the night and were fortunate to get the last two rooms for Feb. 25th a Monday night. The winds and cold prevented us from leaving for a restaurant that evening ( this Comfort Inn has no restaurant or bar) but the front desk had many choices for delivery which is what we did. the small lobby had tables (they offer a fast make your own breakfast which is what we did .. included) so we used those tables for dinner and some games with other people who were delayed getting on the cruise ship the following day The ROOM and service were delightful A small room but compact comfortable and clean. all included in a budget price. Will recommend this hotel and will stay there again. Read less
