While the rooms were small and the hotel left a lot to be desired, I wasn’t disappointed. It is located in easy walking distance to the cruise ship dock and my wife and I were very pleased. The front desk staff members were very accommodating and friendly. I would stay again.

Good location, 4 blocks from Times Square and 2 blocks from pier 83. Room a little snug for a family of four. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast, buffet on a first come first served basis. 6 tables with four chairs on each, to ensure you are seated you need to be there for 6.30! People waiting for the rest of their party… Read more

Breakfast, buffet on a first come first served basis. 6 tables with four chairs on each, to ensure you are seated you need to be there for 6.30! People waiting for the rest of their party taking up the tables. Breakfast was muffins, toast, pastries, fresh waffles, cereals, fruit and eggs, coffee, juice and tea. Will store luggage if needed. Staff helpful and friendly. There is building work going on next door which starts really early. If all you want is a bed for the night, this is it, you get what you paid for. Read less

The C level (basement) was scary and the elevator was very slow. This was horrible and jus putting this in perspective, outside of NY this would be a $60 dollar two star hotel. The price for this room was ridiculous. I need to stay again next week and I made.reservations at the Hilton where I normally stay. Read less

Loved this place and would stay again. The breakfast provided each morning was great, it was only a 15 minute walk to Times Square. Beds and bathrooms were cleaned and presented very nice. If you are planning on sleeping in, there is a construction site right next to the hotel which is very loud, but not a problem if you are awake before 7am.
