It is in a quiet corner of Manhattan and yet just a few minutes walk from the subway and to a number of lovely restaurants. You can get to the rest of New York incredibly easily and quickly, but not have to suffer the crowds and noise of the mid town area. I would definitely stay in this AKA again and recommend it without hesitation. Read less

It wasn’t my 1st time and definitely wont be the last times the location is amazing and the quickest checking in after a 13 hours flight. Friendly employees and room size was perfect for me. Bed size is a really king size! My only issue was cleaning the suite just once and if i needed more then i’ll be charged.

We planned a girls Christmas trip to New York and needed a large place to stay. AKA Wall Street was perfect. We were able to stay in one room, with two bedrooms and bathrooms, a living room, and kitchenette. The staff was also awesome. They read my notes in the reservation and immediately responded. Very welcoming staff and absolutely clean facilities. Stayed for one week and this location was perfect for playing tourist. The nearby transit station serves almost all of the uptown trains, making getting around cheaply a breeze. Loved having the kitchen for the nights in, made use of the high-tech gear in the workout room, and enjoyed the… Read more

Stayed here for 1.5 weeks. The location is close to transit, good restaurants, and has good walk-ability to many POI. The rooms are spacious and clean. The building has many amenities, and we really appreciated the washers/dryers. It does feel like you're in an apartment building. Areas for improvement - 1. They weren't able to get us into the early check-in, which we can accept, but they still weren't ready even at the official check-in time. The front desk kept saying "soon" which turned into hours. I even peeked into the room to see how the cleaning was going and found the cleaner eating lunch. Their room prioritization for cleaning might need improvement. 2. Dining table is needed in the room. Big open space just begging for a table with chairs. 3. Refill the lounge coffee earlier and more frequently. We did a lot of trips to the lounge only to find the coffee still hadn't been replenished. Lots of folks waiting for coffee to be made. This should be attended to more frequently, especially during peak morning hours. We enjoyed our stay here very much overall. Fixing some of those service issues would be beneficial. Read less
