Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown

Financial District, New York

The hotel

A cut above the rest, this chic hotel jets up from Lower Manhattan, giving city views from its spacious suites and rooms. It’s not just the architecture putting it on another level though, with high-living luxuries including a spa hosting Resident Healers and dining by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck at CUT – a stylish restaurant specialising in Wagyu steaks. Every inch oozes the timeless style you’d expect from Four Seasons, but the dedicated health and wellness floor puts you on cloud nine, letting you swim among the skyscrapers that sit beyond the lap pool’s floor-to-ceiling windows, all just a block from One World Trade Center and The Oculus.

Rooms are nice but the sheers need replacement. In room Entertainment negligible interface between television and iPhone impossible to stream. I would like to warn you that if you leave a small item behind like a airpod or similar it will never be found and the hotel management will call the guest a liar than admit their mistake. I am happy they were able to retrieve my apple phone however they refused to pay for courier charges to Houston after i spent over $3000 for two nights at their establishment, lost my airpods and also called a liar. Amazing service to safe couple of $’s. As I am a Centourian card member I will certainly take it up with them as well. This establishment is racial and badly managed, people must avoid this hotel like the plague. Read less

Decided to be a tourist in the city I grew up in with my best friend at the Four Seasons and had the absolute best time. From the moment I checked in, I felt like I was at home (in a gorgeous home at that). The service with a smile from Sierra and Ashley was so warm and inviting from check in to check out. The room was absolutely immaculate and you could tell from the moment you walked in cleanliness is a top-tier priority. Can't wait for the opportunity to come back especially since the hotel was steps away from the Oculus and some fantastic restaurants like Brooklyn Chop House, Buddha Bar and Eataly. Highly recommend! From the greet at the entrance to the reservation manager, my appreciation is truly granted. The room was spacious and the room service was simply amazing.
