For my entire stay, the bar in the hotel was closed due to staffing issues. There is no restaurant in the hotel and I did not feel safe walking around the neighborhood at night by myself. I will not be staying again if I can avoid it.

I stayed at this hotel along with my brother and niece. We were there for 7 days. I found the staff to be extremely nice and always willing to help. The room was clean, undated & modern. I would surely return to this hotel in the future.

We didn't have the same experience with the beds as some of the reviews have indicated. Our beds were comfortable and we slept fine (despite some city noise). The staff was outstanding and check in was smooth. The room was spacious enough (for being in the city), was clean, and modern. We didn't eat at the Hotel restaurant because I thought the price was really high ($17 per person for Breakfast) but there are many alternatives right around the area for food. What we really loved was the location. It's within walking distance to Time Square and other places of interest like the Vessel. It's also a short cab or subway ride down to Chinatown or other places downtown but it's also in a normal working neighborhood and not in a tourist area. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again when visiting the city Read less

We love the location of this hotel, and have stayed here multiple times. Service is excellent, valet is quick, and price is good. It would be nice if coffee was available in the lobby. The beds were awful!! Mattresses were so soft, and my body was in a hole each night. I did not sleep well once. For this reason, we will likely not come back. It… Read more

The beds were awful!! Mattresses were so soft, and my body was in a hole each night. I did not sleep well once. For this reason, we will likely not come back. It was probably the worst bed I’ve ever slept in (I tried both of the beds in our room). I had to put a heat wrap on for the way home and my back is still a bit sore. We were in room 1801. Read less
