It has everything that you would need. The staff is great. The location is a plus. It's in walking distance of Central Park. If you like to cook your own food there is a grocery store across the street.

Hotel Beacon is one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff were so incredibly lovely and helpful, the room was spectacular, and the location was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay there and will be recommending it to all my friends and family. Thank you so much!

The Beacon is elegant without effort; the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great beds and seemingly sound-proof windows. The AC is effective without being oppressive and switches off when you open the window, back on again when you close. The view we had was wonderful. The location is also great, especially if you are interested in theater. If you require room service, then the Beacon isn't for you, but if you want an efficient little kitchenette with a great grocery store across the street, I can't recommend enough. Read less

It is not affiliated with the hotel, with tax, it cost $69 for one night. Our room, on the 8th floor, was a… Read more

Please be aware, there is no Parking on site, no Valet parking either, we were advised to park at a public carpark two blocks away, Champion. It is not affiliated with the hotel, with tax, it cost $69 for one night. Our room, on the 8th floor, was a mini suite, and fine. It had two double beds (not queen size) and a pull out bed in the living area, the view was poor but we did not expect or pay for a view, so had no issue with this One night stay cost approximately $400, which was the cheapest rate we could find, no breakfast included. All in all, it was fine, check in smooth, same with check out, Yes, a great supermarket is across the street, it was quiet and we would probably stay here again, if we needed to be in this area Read less

The only downside is that its quite far to times square but you should be more than aware of this when you book. The Metro isn't far away and doesn't take that long to get downtown. The rooms are great, more like an apartment than a hotel room. The bar next door is great for food and drinks. Read less
