From start to finish the hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Room was good, breakfast was great to start the day. Hotel located minutes from Times Square & subway Station around the corner. Would definitely come back again when visiting New York City.

Rooms are really good, beds are clean and comfy, nice dark room, really loud air con system, water pressure is slow. lifts are really slow and there are too many guests versus food and tables in breakfast hall. I was waiting for eggs for like 20 mins and when they come out, the food was vacuumed up by the people queuing up waiting. Prices are… Read more

Overall for the price I’d say it’s worth it. Read less

My son and I have stayed here twice for comic con. The last trip we were celebrating his 15th birthday in NYC. The staff went out of their way to make him feel special, complete with a birthday card and balloons delivered to our room. They even sang happy birthday to him in the lobby. When we got to the room there were salty and sweet snacks… Read more

When we got to the room there were salty and sweet snacks waiting for us. Thank you Marriott staff for making our trip so memorable. Additionally, this location is perfect, close to Times Square, but not so close it's too loud at night. The included breakfast is also a benefit. We eat a hearty breakfast and have enough energy to explore the city until dinner time. Read less

Me and my nine year old stayed here for five nights and it was perfect. The staff at the check-in desk are some of the nicest people I met in NYC - really nice, helpful people. Check-in was seamless. The lifts are really speedy so no queueing for ages for the lift. We had a city view room on the 30th floor - had a great view of the empire state. Rooms themselves are spacious. From previous reviews I was expecting a tiny room, but there was more than enough space to store clothes etc from 2 large suitcases. Room decor is nice and has a modern feel. We had a huge TV with Netflix. The bed was amazing - I had the best nights' sleep here! Didn't hear any noise from outside either. Breakfast is great especially considering it's included; something for everyone and lovely starbucks coffee too. Location was just perfect, literally minute's walk into the centre of times square, but plenty of bars, restaurants, transport links even closer on the way. There is a subway entrance just further up the street, a bus terminal across the street and a handy bus close by (on 42nd street) that goes east-west and vice versa across the island, from the Intrepid museum on the west to the UN building on the east. All in all, a fabulous stay and I will definitely be back the next time I'm in NYC, hopefully sooner rather than later! Read less

This hotel is in a good location and is surprisingly quiet at night. I had no trouble sleeping at all and I am sensitive to sounds. The room was a little small for two people, but the price was not bad. The stall was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. It is not a fancy place, but I would stay… Read more
