Hyatt Union Square is a great location and an exceptional property. The service and accommodations are 2nd to none in lower Manhattan. I love the rooms with balconies. The front desk staff are always at the ready to provide excellent service.

Black mold in the bathroom. Wet dog smell everywhere. Dust everywhere. Black mark on bedsheets. Dust and dirt in every corner of the room. Exposed electric wiring. Leaking shower. Called down at 11pm and 11:30pm to complain about party, violence, smacking, thumping, running, wall punching, and screaming in the room adjoining. It’s also a 200… Read more

It’s also a 200 floor studio and at least 5 different people were heard in there. Kept us awake all night after repeated attempts to call down to solve.” Then emailed this morning ad well. Just stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! Will be even better once their restaurants are fully open again. Excellent location in East village near union square and so many great restaurants. Walking distance to shopping and other attractions. Great discount with parking garage nearby. Rooms were super quiet and good size for nyc.

Because of the Ms Richards’s and the front desk staff we will be back and we tell all are friends about how they treated us. Customer Service is hard to find but Tanya Richards has some excellent customer service she went over and above her responsibilities.
