My granddaughter and I had a “girls’ trip” to New York City. We wanted to see a play and to experience Times Square. I found the Millenium Broadway looking for an affordable option in Times Square. From the moment we arrived we were treated with kindness and courtesy. Reuben checked us in and said sincerely if we had any issues to let him know. There were available rooms so we changed to a higher floor so we could take in the Chrysler Building and the neon of Times Square. We found the sights soothing and fun. Next we met Maureen (tickets)who helped us figure out how to get to the places we wanted to find. Sinaj served us in the hotel restaurant. The best hot chocolate ever and his lovely smile and concern for our comfort was remarkable. The room itself was nice. We brought in food from neighborhood shops and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I recommend this hotel. Read less

Booked this trip well over 10 months in advance and was very concerned with all the negative reviews. The hotel it self is perfectly located for Times Square, subway, shops bars, restaurants etc, could not ask for more, however I would not rate this hotel a 4 star on the basis of the rooms, however we only use this for sleeping inn, the bathrooms are in need of an update and the electrics were not brilliant, but reception staff and concierge staff were very very helpful. The only real negative about the hotel, there was no lounge area for coffee or drinks, and do not think you could have room service. Tea and coffee in the rooms that was replaced daily. Every thing that you would expect in a room, hairdryer, good size TV. So please do not worry about all the reviews, just book your tour and see for yourself. I would recomend a visit to a store C21, down town near 9.11 area, 6 floors of bargains, also a trip to Woodbury Common a outlet Centre about an hour away by coach, Bargains galore, felt like a child in a sweet shop, all the designer clothes, bags etc at well bargain prices, Enjoy this fabulous city. We stayed overnight due to the snow storm in NYC after a show. We got a great deal on the room, only $123. But then got blasted with “facility fees” upon checkout. We had prepaid for the room through Expedia. The hotel was clean, sort of. The walls and bathroom were pretty dated and run down. The bed and pillows were terrible. The bed was as hard… Read more

We had prepaid for the room through Expedia. The hotel was clean, sort of. The walls and bathroom were pretty dated and run down. The bed and pillows were terrible. The bed was as hard as a rock and the pillows and blankets thin like tissue paper. The food and drinks in the restaurant were very over priced for what we got. All in all it served our basic needs overnight and its location was convenient to the theatre but I don’t think I would stay here again. Read less

Stayed here for five nights and would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the centre of New York. Best location you can find. Staff were very helpful and friendly and could not do enough for you. We asked for extra blankets as it was a little cold and this was sent to us within five minutes of asking. The door staff and the staff in the bar all lovely and friendly and made our stay here a pleasant experience. The only reason I am not giving a full five stars is due to the room as felt this could of been a little cleaner. Only small things but lacked that attention to detail. Could of done with drinks such as tea and coffee in the room and there was a wait for the elevator. Other than this a great stay and would recommend to anyone going to New York. Read less

So you know the pictures were probably taken when thdvhptwl was built . It is completely dated , run down gross . I was so disgusted by the visit and grateful it was only for a night otherwise I wouldn’t have check out . I would not recommend staying here for free ! Management is a disgrace giving New Yorkers a bad name .
