Radio City Apartments

Midtown, New York

The hotel

You’ve seen them do it in the movies, but now you can experience New York living for yourself – walking below the bulb-lit canopy to enter your apartment block, a friendly nod from the front desk, before you hop into the elevator and ride up to your pied-a-terre. But this is New York living on a different scale – as Radio City Apartments is right in Midtown Manhattan, just moments from its namesake, Radio City Music Hall. It comes with all those home comforts you’d expect if you lived here, like complimentary WiFi and a kitchenette with a microwave, hob, fridge, and coffee maker – and those come as standard whether you’re picking a two bedroom pad or a studio. And the location’s the same for every apartment too – just steps from sights like Rockefeller Center, Times Square, and Fifth Avenue.

Very, very clean. Not much ‘city noise’. We were here on the hottest day of the year (so far). A/C worked perfectly. Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Great location, clean, excellent customer service - the best! We will definitely be back!! Read less

My wife and I stayed for about two weeks in April-May and got upgraded to a a two bedroom apartment from the one bedroom that we had booked (we also got an early check-in too). The apartment was clean, had a decent kitchenette (could do with more utensils and cutlery like wine glasses though) and while the rooms were small, there was ample space to move around. The staff was quite pleasant. There’s also a laundromat in the basement though we didn’t use it. It is a bit noisy given the location and construction activity that was going on next door. The rooms look a bit aged as well. But the location is super convenient and the rate that we got in April was great value for money. And that was the best part! Read less

1/10 stars!!! Very very noisy stay.. especially in the Morning with constructions in every directions.. Terrible customer service as well..only Carlos In the morning had good customer services and was friendly.. We are here for vacation and we came back from dinner.. met up with my sister who lives here and she walked back with 4 of us to the hotel and the front desk person was being soo rude at night shift.. he noticed that there were 5 of us and our room was only meant for 4 guest.. like cmon bro she’s my sister she’s only gonna go up for a minute and leave and he was being rude.. I even offered to give him a tip just let my sister go up and see how we were staying.. I understand it’s company policy for no guest allowed but what kinda BS** is it that your own sister can not even come up for a minute and visit you. That old African American man in the front desk was very rude.. not knowing the situation he immediately enforeced the no visitor and only 4’guest are allowed in the room.. we are definaley never returning to this place becuase of his attitude.. other than being soo rude to the hotel is very comfortable but not very welcoming.. seems like late graveyard staffs are hawks looking to kick us out!!! Terrible customer service for sure!! Worst newyork experience ever .. not RECOMMENDED to anyone visiting .. Read less

Most midtown hotels you have to step over your bed to get to the door or the bathroom. We come in a group and rent a two-bedroom apartment--we can all stay together, in comfort, keep some cold drinks and doggy bags in the refrigerator, make coffee in the morning. Absolutely love it here! Read less
