The gourmet snack boxes alone will have you hungry for more and if you want a real taste of classic New York City style then check out The National Bar & Dining Rooms that's got grand café chic down to a tea. As The Benjamin Hotel stretches to almost 30 storeys there's no chance of getting lost in the city and as major attractions, such as the MET, the Empire State Building and Madison Avenue, are all just a few blocks away this is an excellent base to experience the best of the Big Apple. The staff is very helpful in particular those at the front door and the front desk. Elias, Jaime, Gary and others at the door whisked me into cabs and cars, swept up my bags and delivered them within minutes. Also, Caroline and George helped me check in, with a lovely upgrade and re-book my next trip. I find the prices reasonable relative to the rates for a similar hotel class in the area. Read less

We loved our stay at the Benjamin - it was quiet and comfortable and the room was spacious and well equipped. It was so much better than we were expecting in central Manhattan and great value for money.

Booked a last minute suite during their January weekend sale! What a deal! The suite was lovely, two large rooms and a little kitchenette. Super friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. We had drinks at the restaurant and they were delicious, though pricey, and waitstaff was charming.

We stopped here for lunch and were very happy with the food, the quick service, friendly staff and fair prices. There are plenty of tables and many have high backs for privacy and stops droughts, also with lighting over them.
