From the second I walked in and checked in with Barbara, I felt this was different. And that was not an isolated event. Everyone from the environmental staff, front door personnel and restaurant suggestions from Esprit at the front desk, my experience was fantastic! At check out, I spoke with Chris, manager and he was also super pleasant. Great experience overall. Then to top it off - the cab driver that works with the hotel was even nice - that might be one of the first time I can say that! Honestly the best hotel experience I have had in New York! Good job Muse! Mary S. Read less

The Muse was very nice hotel. Staff were incredibly nice. Angel was so very helpful guiding us to the right places, helping us figure out what subway to take and which one to get us back. Location was literally a street off of Times Square. If you don’t mind the noise of people outside then it’s great. Location was fabulous to be able to stop in… Read more

This hotel is very convenient to the theater district. There are also a lot of good restauraunts. It is located about 1/2 block off of Times Square. The room was clean but a little noisy. There was some rattling of the pipes and traffic noise. The staff were very friendly. The price was decent for the location.

The room was spotless. New modern feel, which I look for in a hotel. We felt safe, welcomed and warm. It was super cold outside and a little hard to get our room warm enough, but they did have offer a space heater if we needed it. Large room for NYC, but average to other cities. Great location between Times Square and close to Bryant Park and… Read more

Great location between Times Square and close to Bryant Park and Rockefeller Center too! We ordered room service Thanksgiving morning and it was still hot and super yummy. Close to the parade route as well. Saved a little bit of money staying off the route. Read less

We had to stay one night in new york for catching up my flight in the following afternoon. This hotel has a reasonable price $ 174. We received a rooom upgrade to a junior suite. IHG platinum members have 25 USD credits towards mini bar comsuumption. Additionally, this hotel charged $25 for amenity fee which provided $10 dining credits and upgraded wifi. We did not use $10 dining credits and upgraded wifi because as a IHG plaitnum member wifi is free. When we checked out, the hotel waived this amenity fee for one-time courtesy but that is not an usual case and we need to pay if stay again in the future. Location was very convenient. Walk 5-10 minutes to 42 street and times square metro station. Staffs were overall helpful and efficient. Read less
