My family has stayed at his hotel for years, it has had several names and will soon beocme a Conrad. The staff is wonderful and the rooms lovely. The name doesn't matter, the service does, and it is great here.

LIAR! I called to ask if they have sofa bed for all suits, and they confirmed. When I got a non-refundable ticker, they told me "hey fun fact, the suits doesn't have a sofa bed." Liar! In fact, I have recordings confirming how 2 agents give you completely opposite information before and after you booked with them.

This hotel is good in terms of location. The only reason I rate this hotel average is because of the staff, I did not find staff very friendly at this location. From check-in to check-out even at breakfast I did not find one single person who was friendly. Other than that rooms were in good shape. Clean very well maintained. Breakfast was great… Read more

We have stayed at the London for at least 10 years, visiting several times each year. The staff there was a cast of familiar faces at every level. Several months ago we planned a weekend with our 4 adult children to celebrate some recent milestones in their lives. We were very concerned when reading recent reviews about the renovation especially as one of our daughters recently broke her foot and had limited mobility. We reached out to Jared in guest relations and he set our minds at ease. I can report we had an excellent stay. Arriving at the hotel we were happy to find so many familiar faces still on staff. We traveled by car and arrived during an extremely busy moment. The doorman Colin took great care of us. Jared and the concierge team did a great job communicating with us throughout the stay and arranging a little celebration for our 3 daughters. Very grateful for their attention to detail. The rooms had honestly been getting rather tired and the refresh is lovely. The new rooms with 2 queens were particularly a nice new offering for the hotel. We did not have trouble with the elevators, never waiting more than 5 minutes at a busy time. We look forward to returning once the hotel renovation is completed. Read less

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. The hotel is going through renovation to become Conrad NYC. Everything in the room is new and I can even smell the faint new furniture chemical smell. The room is big for NYC since I stay at the king bed suite. The staffs are very helpful and everyone seems to like their job there. The restaurant was closed so we… Read more

The room is big for NYC since I stay at the king bed suite. The staffs are very helpful and everyone seems to like their job there. The restaurant was closed so we have $30 per person per room. The food was high quality and the staff even gave me extra pastry! :) I will definitely visit again once the renovation is done. Read less
