This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in NYC and I've been traveling a lot for business the past year. I even went there when the restaurant was under construction and still thought it was good. This is a great location and just beautiful rooms for a boutique hotel.

We were in NYC for theater and the hotel is very well located. The hallways and room rooms are very nicely updated with herringbone wide plank flooring and soft gray tones. The bath had a nice sized shower with marble tiles however the bathroom itself was a bit small. It was really nice to have a suite with a separate sitting area and big screen… Read more

The bath had a nice sized shower with marble tiles however the bathroom itself was a bit small. It was really nice to have a suite with a separate sitting area and big screen tv. The room size was a big selling point for us. The hotel is under renovation and the restaurant isn't open yet, but we knew that in advance. Also only a couple of elevators were in operation as they were updating some. We needed to alot a bit of extra time to get downstairs. Again, the hotel made us aware of these issues upon arrival or in advance. I would stay here again if the pricing is within my budget. Read less

We paid for a “park view” suite. When we arrived in our room on the 32nd floor we could basically see 4 trees. Total false advertising of the rooms. The rooms them self where nice but didn’t make up for the view (which we paid for). The elevators felt unstable. They made horrible noises and rattled the whole way my partner and I both did not feel… Read more

The rooms them self where nice but didn’t make up for the view (which we paid for). The elevators felt unstable. They made horrible noises and rattled the whole way my partner and I both did not feel safe. The air conditioning in our room was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep which made it hard to sleep because it was so hot. Overall the staff where friendly but check in and check out process was really slow. Read less

Recently stay at the London for business and loved it. It's being converted into a Conrad hotel so there's a lot of renovation going on. The new rooms are beautifully decorated. Restaurants are not ready yet so they gave a generous allowance for room service. Highly recommend.

My family and I are proud to say that we have a HILTON/CONRAD FAMILY and you will find them across the Globe. We have stayed in Hilton brands all across North America and Asia and found them to be tried and true. We have come across different kinds of employees from different countries/nationalities and cultures but the thing that stands the most is what my family and I call the ‘HILTON CULTURE”. We call it the Hilton culture because we experience first hand how, even tho , each one came from different backgrounds they have this one thing in common, that is the “HILTON CULTURE” of going above and beyond without sacrificing professionalism. Hilton care for you, they put their feet in your shoes. What an amazing company to train such amazing employees! A Giant Shout out to “KENNETH R.” who went above and beyond to organize our reservation (price match). You also patiently explained to me that a person can loose the Hilton rewards but you positively encourage me on ways to keep it even without travelling. (We stopped travelling about 16 months ago when I was diagnose with this seriously bad lung illness.). Kenneth, you are an absolute HILTON asset. You are very professional and very polite and have a huge heart ….Our world needs more people like you! I will update my review once we stayed at the HILTON/CONRAD. But I am 100% confident that it will be an awesome experience like our past experiences. I am not sure if I can make it there but I will make sure that my precious children will do it for you! You deserve to be praised for simply being the the BEST of the BEST! Right now everyone is just excited and looking forward to soak in the bath tub on the corner spot, on a high floor with a beautiful view of Central Park for 8 nights! Looking forward to see you HILTON/CONRAD FAMILY !(All I have is hope for now but it is a good thing) . Good people do exist and you will find them at HILTON! Read less
