Trump International Hotel and Tower New York

Midtown, New York

The hotel

At the heart of Manhattan, overlooking Central Park stands the Trump International Hotel & Tower, rising 52 stories into the sky. It’s unparalleled luxury you’ll enjoy at this hotel, the home of New York’s only Five-Star and Five-Diamond restaurant! But first, the accommodation – not only beautifully furnished, many boast their own kitchen too plus floor-to-ceiling windows to take advantage of those views. There’s nothing quite like a New York skyline, especially at night, so sit back on the sofa with an aperitif in hand and take in the magnificence of it all. Something else you must treat yourself too is a trip to the spa, inspired by wellness techniques from around the globe, there’s a unique selection of facials, massages and treatments on offer as well an indoor pool, steam baths, saunas and yoga instruction. Now, back to that restaurant. Jean Georges is the jewel in the Trump crown, bearing the name of its award-winning chef, and setting the bar for the highest standards in quality and service. Blending French, American and Indochinese cuisine, the setting for the restaurant is visually stunning too. For slightly more casual dining, head to Nougatine, offering fine-dining Jean Georges dishes along with daily specials or linger over cocktails at The Terrace, an al-fresco dining area right next door to Central Park.

This place was exceptional, from the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff made you feel special. The property was very nice but the view of central park was off the charts. The floor to ceiling windows were incredible and since most of the other properties on the park are older those windows are VERY small it made a huge impact when you walk into the room. The service was literally TERRIBLE. I had an issue with my card & it turned into a disaster. On top of that the room service was insanely expensive (even for nyc) and it was awful. I ended up moving to the Pierre and all was right with the world again. Read less

the entire staff is a bit rude, always in a bad mood, and it seems that are always upset at any question you might have. The room are also not clean very well. I saw a huge deterioration in service over the last few years

I’m not real familiar with the Trump brand as a hotel, nor had I ever stayed in one. Wow! I was blown away. They are on a different level than any JW Marriott I’ve stared at, and most Ritz-Carltons. Super modern wonderfully decorated room with all electric window shades and a ton of little amenities. My Wife mentioned to them we were staying for my 50th birthday when booking. We had a complementary bottle of “Trump” Champaign and chocolates (With a personal note) waiting for us in the room upon arrival. The towels were super soft and huge. The pillows were of the caliber that I only sleep on at home. Turn down service with a different “Trump” chocolate every night, slippers by the bed. A Fridge with ICE MAKER in the room. The staff was so friendly and welcomed us home each night by name. This was my first experience staying at a Trump property, but it WILL NOT be the last... Read less

We loved our recent stay. The staff was awesome and the location was amazing. The full kitchen was convenient as well as the Whole Foods near by. The hotel really cratered to the children. We look forward to returning again and again.
