Trump International Hotel and Tower New York

Midtown, New York

The hotel

At the heart of Manhattan, overlooking Central Park stands the Trump International Hotel & Tower, rising 52 stories into the sky. It’s unparalleled luxury you’ll enjoy at this hotel, the home of New York’s only Five-Star and Five-Diamond restaurant! But first, the accommodation – not only beautifully furnished, many boast their own kitchen too plus floor-to-ceiling windows to take advantage of those views. There’s nothing quite like a New York skyline, especially at night, so sit back on the sofa with an aperitif in hand and take in the magnificence of it all. Something else you must treat yourself too is a trip to the spa, inspired by wellness techniques from around the globe, there’s a unique selection of facials, massages and treatments on offer as well an indoor pool, steam baths, saunas and yoga instruction. Now, back to that restaurant. Jean Georges is the jewel in the Trump crown, bearing the name of its award-winning chef, and setting the bar for the highest standards in quality and service. Blending French, American and Indochinese cuisine, the setting for the restaurant is visually stunning too. For slightly more casual dining, head to Nougatine, offering fine-dining Jean Georges dishes along with daily specials or linger over cocktails at The Terrace, an al-fresco dining area right next door to Central Park.

My Junior Suite was wonderful. I actually live in New York, only 18 blocks from the hotel. I decided to take a break and spoil myself during this unpleasant time and it was all worth it. Every member of the staff was warm, kind, and helpful. The fitness center was excellent as well. I plan to return when the better days come.

To our pleasant surprise, we were treated like VIP's by the hotel staff. They upgraded our room to an executive park-view suite with the spectacular views. My kids were in awe and couldn't get enough videos and pictures! There was a fancy birthday cake and a bottle of exclusive French champagne waiting for us in the suite! Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Read less

Really enjoyed our stay. For any guests who want across the street access to Central Park, it’s a prime location. Only thing that was a let down; heated pool wasn’t heated and children were looking forward to that.

First off, we do not agree with Trump. However this is one of the higher class Hotels in NYC so this is where I stay when in town for work. The decorum is top notch and would easily impress any guest. I highly recommend getting a room on the east-side of the building.
