Mondrian Park Avenue

New York, USA

The hotel

Sleek, sophisticated and bold, it’s easy to see why the Mondrian Park Avenue was named in Conde Nast’s ‘Best 25 hotels in New York City’ in 2019. Overlooking Park Avenue, you can sit and watch the world go by in the rooftop lounge (drink in hand, of course). Wake up to the sights and sounds of the Big Apple from the comfort of your room, and enjoy a morning yoga class, run twice a week. After the sun sets, you can enjoy some Mediterranean-inspired food in the restaurant, or make your way to the hidden lounge bar to enjoy some live music or a DJ set. And when you’re ready to go out exploring, you’re just a few block from some of NYC’s top assets.

His patience and professionalism is what people should strive for. Thank you Adam for making our stay so special! The hotel itself was also very clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location. If the weather were warmer and wasn't raining most of the time, we would have been able to walk to most of our destinations. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit NYC. Read less

I stayed at the Mondrian for 2 nights. Nice hotel, well designed and comfortable. Service was good too. I requested extra pillows and they were promptly sent up. The rooms are small so book a larger one because when I asked for an upgrade to a suite they told me all the suites were under renovation. Not sure I bought that but that’s ok. The… Read more

I stayed at the Mondrian for a 4 day business trip. Location was convenient to walk places, eat or hop on the subway. It's a no fuss type of hotel which I appreciate. No lines, no waiting for elevator, quiet lobby. The terrace on the 11th floor is a great place to hang out and do some work during the day, socialize later in the day. Next door is… Read more

No lines, no waiting for elevator, quiet lobby. The terrace on the 11th floor is a great place to hang out and do some work during the day, socialize later in the day. Next door is Felix coffee shop which has the best coffee ever. Standard rooms are small but normal for NY. Well appointed. But best of all was Ludo at the front desk who took personal interest in making sure my stay was pleasant. Read less
