Mondrian Park Avenue

New York, USA

The hotel

Sleek, sophisticated and bold, it’s easy to see why the Mondrian Park Avenue was named in Conde Nast’s ‘Best 25 hotels in New York City’ in 2019. Overlooking Park Avenue, you can sit and watch the world go by in the rooftop lounge (drink in hand, of course). Wake up to the sights and sounds of the Big Apple from the comfort of your room, and enjoy a morning yoga class, run twice a week. After the sun sets, you can enjoy some Mediterranean-inspired food in the restaurant, or make your way to the hidden lounge bar to enjoy some live music or a DJ set. And when you’re ready to go out exploring, you’re just a few block from some of NYC’s top assets.

The hotel is very clean and has an amazing location in midtown NYC. The staff is excellent and the aesthetics are nice. I stayed with my fiance and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We even shot our engagement shoot on their rooftop which has incredible views. Highly recommend.

I have now stayed at the Mondrian probably 10+ times. Everyone here is so welcoming and I feel at home here. It’s even better now that I am getting to know the staff who are all so wonderful! I do not stay at any other hotel now. It’s super close to Madison square park where I love bringing my dog and the roof top bar is amazing.

Perfect for a trip alone, or with partners, go enjoy the quiet rooms, comfy beds, balconies, and rainforest showers. I started staying at the Mondrian in May for staycations. The staff remembered me and were so kind to surprise me with an upgrade to the balcony suite on my recent birthday stay! Thank you again to the whole team at Mondrian Park Avenue.
