We spent one night here during the St. Patrick’s Day weekend and had great experience. All staffs were great, especially the receptionist, Ms. Pei, who was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Excellent location, easy access to major attraction.

A wee bit older than I would’ve liked but the hotel was in a great location Our room was on the 25th floor and still a bit noisy from the NY streets Sofa bed for my son was good and we all had a great sleep Easy to navigate our way around the hotel and the sights from this location I would say the breakfast was expensive for a pretty basic… Read more

Every member of their staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and spacious considering that the hotel is in Manhattan. The Concierge Desk (Mina and Jose Miguel) went above and beyond to help us book tours as well as restaurants for dinner. We had a fantastic experience and we will definitely stay here next time. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes with the apple filing. Hotel staff was very friendly. The concierge, Jose Miguel, is the most helpful and informative hotel staff I have ever encountered while staying at a hotel. He was very helpful in assisting me navigate the NYC subway system. Jose Miguel was also very informative about NYC in general, and broadway plays. He was able to assist me in getting tickets to see the Notebook, and in getting tickets to tour the statute of liberty. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in NYC. Read less
