PROS: Great location, the best thing about this hotel. Stylish rooms, comfortable bathrooms. Great bed with good pillows. Attentive front desk staff. CONS: Halls are a little noisy. The hotel caters to a young clientele that treats the hotel as an over privileged dorm room. So not a great choice if you are looking for some peace and quiet. Rooms are a little cramped with storage space dispersed throughout the room. Don’t agree with the “resort tax”, a daily charge for the use of the rooftop bar. Something we only used once during our 11 night stay. Wifi is very bad on the upper floors. Read less

Hotel is in ideal location in Soho, well appointed rooms, extremely clean rooms with comfortable bedding!! The hotel restaurant is excellent and the rooftop bar is the best in the city. It completely lived up to the reviews - the staff were so nice and very welcoming/helpful - all the nicer as we got an upgrade on our room. The room was great - had a view and very tasteful. We had a drink up on the roof which was lovely - very romantic and atmospheric/intimate. The only downside is the plastic glasses which are apparently for safety purposes. We enjoyed seeing our neighborhood from a new perspective and will be back if not to stay then for a cheeky little drink. Read less

I was there last night for a friends event , A front desk agent was kind enough to check my bags while I was there. When I was ready to leave the event they changed shifts so it was a new front desk agent. I asked the gentleman at the front desk if he could retrieve my bag for me, he said that I needed to speak with someone at the bar or a cocktail server. There was a cocktail server standing very close to the front desk it was a young lady She wore glasses, had her hair in a ponytail, and had on black. I asked her if she could retrieve my bag and she said she could not , she said I need to speak with the gentleman at the front desk. I told her that I just came from the front desk and he is standing right there, could you speak with your colleague ? , because my Uber is waiting and I have to go. She said that it is his coat check not mine. I turned to him I asked him again and he told me to ask her. After playing cat and mouse with them for 20 minutes, I still had no bag. I then told her I needed my bag right away (loudly) because this is insane. She told me I was being disrespectful and she would not be getting anything, and then she asked someone to get security. All this could’ve been avoided if someone would’ve just gotten me my bag, it’s a simple request. The security guy had to come upstairs go into coat check and get my bag. He then went through my bag because I gave the cocktail server my ticket and she had not given it back. I was treated less than human. Having my things shuffled through , by security to make sure it’s mine, when the cocktail server who refused to give me my bag didn’t even give me back my coat check ticket. I will never come again , and I do not recommend this hotel !!! Read less

High class modern hotel. Rooms are small but well appointed. Front-of-hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Close to heaps of restaurants and bars, with its own great rooftop bar, one of the best. Just watch out for the roof manager though, always trying to inflate the tab and shake you down for extra tips!
