Really good hotel , decent view , good telly, mint bathroom , room perfected by maid service everyday , left bag with concierge for 4 hours on departure, best feature is Central Park location with supermarket right across the road

Location is ideal. The staff is outstanding. Vladimir the concierge solved a problem with concert tickets which was not so easy. Bravo Vladimir. Excellent for the reputation of the hotel. We enjoyed Nougatine a lot.

It was terrific! The suite is very large and fitted for all of us,2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with all commodities, 2 bathrooms, an extra restroom, 4 dressings! It was very quiet despite the location and the traffic down there. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff always keep the room extremely clean. Whole Foods is located just across the street which is very convenient to get some supplies. All the staff members were very kind, helpful and professional. 3 night stay. We had a park view suite. INCREDIBLE! The room was immaculate. The staff in the lobby were so polite and professional. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The house keeping staff made the room look perfect each day. It was the best experience my son and I have ever had!
