The hotel is quite nice, but their service at check-in was disappointing, bordering on rude. Their issue was the third-party site we utilized through TripAdvisor for the booking. Most interesting, and disappointing, is that they charged me an additional amount three days after I checked out! Be careful with this hotel, their policies appear… Read more

We stayed at the W Hoboken while we went to see the K-pop band BTS on both nights that they were playing at MetLife stadium. We got back late both nights so we were thankful for the 24-hr room service. We got back late both nights so we were thankful for the 24-hr room service. This location was really convenient to the NJ transit station and it was relatively convenient to take the train to the Meadowlands Sports Complex, as ride-sharing and taxi service can get pretty chaotic for big events. During the days we were able to take advantage of the ideal location on River street to take a stroll. The views across the river are amazing. The attentive hotel members helped make for a very comfortable stay. Read less
