Well-connected, it’s adjacent to a swanky French restaurant (which offers in-room dining to guests), is linked to a sumptuous AVEDA spa, and is part of fashionable 5th Street Public Market, which is a magnet for upscale dining and boutiques and home to the Provisions Food Hall. Welcomed to the hotel with a complimentary glass of wine, the neighbourhood’s vibrancy is mirrored at the inn’s wine bar, which comes complete with al fresco seating and a social buzz. There are great shops and restaurants all walking distance, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting eugene. The room was clean and comfortable and valet parking was easy and included in the room price. It’s nice to not have to pay for things like bottled water when staying in a hotel, the little things make your stay much more enjoyable. Read less

We heard about this place and decided to stay there to see Seinfeld at the Hult Center. We can’t say enough about how much we love this place and their staff. Slam dunk, non-decision to stay there again. Can hardly wait.

When we arrived, the front desk did not have our reservation. I showed them the email I had from the hotel confirming our stay. The person checking us in treated us as though we were trying to rip them off. We waited close to 10 minutes to be told she had a room for us. On top of all that, there was no apology just a mumbled excuse about a software update. This hotel is far too expensive to be treated in that way. I later found out the woman who checked us in was the night manager. Read less

The hotel is very nice inside. Room was well appointed. Unfortunately I was always woken up by trains running right next to my room. I must have heard the horn of the train on at least six different instances. I literally couldn’t sleep that night. I don’t think I got two hours of sleep that night. I must have heard the horn of the train on at least six different instances. I literally couldn’t sleep that night. I don’t think I got two hours of sleep that night. The train tracks were literally below my room. When I checked out the front desk agent asked me if they told me about that room when I was checking in. I said no, and her response was oh, I usually warn my guests of that room and give them earplugs. Unfortunately that response did nothing to fix my terrible night sleep, as nobody’s warned me about that room and I wasn’t given earplugs. To make matters worse, I had a 6:25 am flight so I had to get up at 4 am that morning. I specifically choose to stay at the Inn at the 5th as I wanted a good night sleep that night and was happy to pay more money to get it. I guess that was a big mistake. Should have stayed somewhere else. I won’t be returning. Read less

Easy check-in, friendly staff, great location, walkable area with plenty of places to eat/drink. It's situated in the middle of Market - there seemed to be a festival of some sort going on almost every night - very friendly place to be!
