Great boutique hotel! Great location, welcoming & helpful staff, lovely room! Only negative is the loud train that goes by. Unfortunately for me, I am a light sleeper. The staff provided us with ear plugs to help decease the noise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Rooms were beautiful and immaculate. Cleaning staff were pleasant and did an excellent job. Every precaution was taken during COVID-19, such as face masks, ropes for 6 ft apart, remotes and items like ice tongs in a fresh plastic bag. Marche was excellent as well. We'll be back for sure! Parking spots too small and watched people try to park when I was sitting on the balcony. Quite the challenge for everyone it seemed. Read less

Staff super cordial and professional. Now for what could be improved: Being an arts professional, I would have preferred the art on the walls to be more in line with the quality of the rest of FF&E, a bit less pedestrian, however pretty, or repetitive. I had two artworks in my room and they almost identical. The other issue was that one of my guest neighbors decided to talk to another at the top of their lungs in the hallway, and the sound carried a bit. But all in all, this is the one hotel I will look forward to coming back to in Eugene. Read less
