The hotel was updated yet kept it's old original charm. I was surprised at how quiet the room was being that the hotel was downtown. Staff was warm and friendly and very helpful. Food was good. Gym was a plus since my grandson wanted that feature and he used it.

I can't describe how absolutely gorgeous this hotel is. Honestly I felt like I was on the Titanic with all the beautiful architecture. The staff is incredible! John and Richard are fantastic and the concierge is extremely helpful and funny. Thank you The Benson for an amazing adventure

Banquet rooms were too hot. Our black tie banquet dinner (11 people at our table) all had bad steaks, pound cake not good either. Wait staff did not ask if food was acepible as they cleared off full plates or barely eaten plates. Elevators, hallways very cold. Very thin walls and doors, hear all the noise.

Great service from employees. Great lunch as well. Good professional employees and always nice clean restrooms. Great place for business meetings. Valet parking is always available and quick to recover your vehicle when ready to go.
