What a great place! Huge pool, reasonably prices Margaritas, and a nice atmosphere. Never stayed when it was the Riviera, so I can't compare, but the room was really big and the bed was extremely comfortable. Enjoyed walking around the property, there are a lot of little hidden gardens and fruit trees. Would definitely stay again!

This is a hotel without any charm. It is a resort for family with small children (under 12/13). Plenty of people around and in the pool, Music everywhere in a place that is a bit «tired». The food is excellent and the rooms are clean. But not enough for me to enjoy this place.

My wife and I are big fans of the Margaritaville experience. We have visited at least a dozen hotels and cafes. M'ville Palm Springs was a bit of a disappointment. My wife and I are big fans of the Margaritaville experience. We have visited at least a dozen hotels and cafes. M'ville Palm Springs was a bit of a disappointment. We came for lunch and a look around. First impression was the pool area, packed even during covid times. Settled in for lunch we order the Come Monday burger. Burger was OK, not great served with string French fries. Done with lunch we wander the property. The entrance is impressive with the giant flip flop and pop top. As you work your way back into the resort impressions change. Noted rusting on swinging door to the overcrowded pool....weeds growing up through decorative rocks....areas that looked as if they had not been swept or raked in days. I get that these are covid times and this place is trying to get up and going, but we were under-impressed, and will save our Margaritaville $$ for another location. Read less

Nice resort but if you are traveling solo or as adults only, I wouldn’t recommend. It’s a lot of kids . I never got to enjoy the pool or hot tub because of the the kids . I would totally recommend this hotel for families with children . They need to make a pool for adults only . This is a kid friendly resort .

Check in: 4pm is a late check in to begin with. We did not walk into our room until almost 6pm. The hotel did offer us a $50 room credit and waved our fees for the day which was really nice. It meant that the first day of our staycation, we just had dinner and went to bed. The front desk workers were very polite and apologetic but I don't think I wouldn't stay here again just based on that. Housekeeping was knocking on our door an hr before checkout. (not the whole hall, just our door) Room: Beautiful room but no sound proofing. As in, I could hear verbatim conversations from the room above us. Another guest woke us up in the morning knocking on a door down the hall. I used a fan ap on my phone but it wasn't enough. Bring earplugs. Pool: Super cute pool but way too small for the number of guests. This was during covid so I am assuming they had fewer guests on the property and there were not enough chairs. We sat at the pool for hours and no waiter came around to offer us drinks (no walk up service allowed) but we did see a woman walk around and tell LOTS of people they were not allowed outside beverages. If you don't want people to bring in their own liquids, it should be easier to order from the hotel. This was a very pretty hotel in a good spot. Very convenient. But not one I will return to. It seemed like they were very understaffed for the weekend. Once they get into their groove, this will be a fun place to stay. Read less
