This place was not very up front in their pricing. Stayed one night, paid $340 got a bill for another $80.17 days later. Saw on Expedia $17.47 resort fee to pay at hotel OK I missed that but where did the rest go?? Parking?? Didn't park??? No good explanation. Wouldn't suggest staying there. No way worth the price.

All in all it was nice hotel. The checkin was nice ajd the receptionist Cherry was amazing and helpful with everything. The room was very clean and spacious with everything you need for a nice stay. The pool was nice and there was plenty of room to do laps up and down and the pool was heated which was a huge plus. There was only three drawbacks one was that there was no air conditioning but which meant we had to open the door and window. Second drawback was the area there was a lot of homeless people around the area/city which made us feel unsafe and which has turned us of coming back San Francisco in the imediate future. The third issue is the prices in the restaurant compared to other places it was in some cases double the price. In summary lovely hotel but the situation in the city will be enough to turn us off visiting in the imediate future. Read less

The room was clean and well presented. The service was excellent. The restaurant convenience was good, and the meals great. We did find the room a little stuffy and would have liked better ventilation.

Other then being close to the homeless people (WHICH IS EVERYWHERE) This hotel is really great! Staff is friendly - easy to get to transportation - housekeeping was AWESOME! I can't say anything bad - it was a great place for my entire family!
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Great property, no central ac

I’m from Texas ac is a must. However if you could get the window open more it would help but ours would only open about 5 inches. Hotel staff were accommodating in every way. I WOULD stay here again but in the winter not in the summer.
