I arrived late and didn’t plan on staying in San Francisco. The front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. They put me in the most beautiful room with a beautiful view. Every floor smells like heaven with lavender dancing from the air. I will be back!

The steak was over cooked and the service terrible and the bar service was spotty. I was disappointed with all of the food and beverage service. I won't be going back to this hotel in the future and would recommend not having any weddings or parties at this Hotel.

We really loved this little boutique hotel. Definitely splurge and get a room with a view of the water/bridge. We usually stay in the Union Square area but really love it her in the Embarcadero area. Lots of close by shops and restaurants. Our only complaint was the resort fee of $30.00 they charge without really any amenities.

Two nights for a milestone birthday. Excellent convenient location for walkers- in a safe location relatively free from the mass of homeless seen almost everywhere else in SF ( think any hotel along Market Street - ugh). The Americano restaurant right in the restaurant had excellent quality food - pastries in the am are delicious and dinner is great quality- at a good price and their happy hour menu on weekdays is a local go-to. Service at the the hotel is gracious and professional- from the valleys to the front desk. Room size is generous and clean. The very best part is the 2 minute walk to the SF Ferry building with restaurant and an amazing farmers market On the weekends, and 5 minute walk to the shops and theater at Embarcadero for decent shopping ( mostly common mall shops) and great selection of food . It’s a 7 minute Uber ride to the Orpheum theater, and about the same for a ride to Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39 and North Beach. You can’t beat this hotel for location, views, and convenience. The hotel is in the best spot for views and access to the embarcadero. The hotel is in need of an update, especially for the money they charge. Everything in the room feels like its been there a while. And plugging in and charging is nearly impossible. There are no outlets near the bed and no data ports. On the positive side the front desk staff… Read more
