We typically use this location during the annual JP Morgan Healthcare Conference. As with all, they significantly raise rates and are sold out. I believe more due to availability than choice. We typically use this location during the annual JP Morgan Healthcare Conference. As with all, they significantly raise rates and are sold out. I believe more due to availability than choice. The service is just terrible. Always late deliveries from room service regardless of how many times you call and verify. Every day is a new excuse or simply they make up answers. The rest of the property operates in chaos and service at every level would rate a “D” at best. Of course no one in a management level is available and you stay on the phone endlessly. Perhaps they are decent in “non peak” times but for major events there are better operated properties. If you are stuck here for an event then be prepared to pay 2X or 3X normal and be in chaos at best. Value for your money is not a positive. Read less

We stayed here in December for our honeymoon and from the get go we were so impressed. The staff are beyond helpful, the place is beautiful and we had the luxury of having the giant gingerbread house in our lobby. I will never forget the smell every morning as we were leaving, incredible. The rooms were amazing and the view was unreal. Thank you… Read more

This was truly helpful as for my job, last minute flights are often necessary. The food was good and the staff was friendly, I look forward to returning! Read less

Excellent hotel. Great location, fantastic services and great staff. We were there over a very busy time, but the staff always worked smoothly and efficiently. Very helpful. Concierge staff worked very hard on our behalf to organise tickets for theatre. Couldn't be more helpful.

We booked the Fairmont for 3 nights in early November directly on their website. They offer a $200 Food and Beverage credit for $160 at the time of your booking. Great deal, right? Upon checkout, it was obvious that the total amount wasn't credited to my account. They used it for a Room Service charge of $86, but the rest was just...gone. It… Read more

Upon checkout, it was obvious that the total amount wasn't credited to my account. They used it for a Room Service charge of $86, but the rest was just...gone. It took me well over 3 weeks and 3 emails and 4 phone calls to finally get this billing issue resolved. It's pretty clear that they are hoping that most people won't notice. Afterwards, when I complained to Guest Services, they could have cared less and sent a half hearted apology letter. Your money is much better spent at the Ritz just down the street. We have stayed there several times and they exemplify customer service. Read less
