Great place to visit that is also close to home. Family friendly and great location to see other sites and places to visit. Only stayed one night. Room was very spacious, clean and modern. Nice bathroom to take a relaxing bath. Have to try the spa next time 😃

For the nightly rate, I had higher expectations. The service felt more aligned with a 3-star hotel. The restaurant is wonderful. No house keeping service. No customer service. Lack of hospitality. Continental breakfast is a joke (just skip it). Location is stunning. Property is majestic. I just wish the staff was better trained. I didn’t feel like they went above and beyond, or even met a minimum level of hospitality. I was paying $700 a night for a standard 2-queen bedroom, and they tried to upswell me an additional $250/ night for a better room. I was shocked. This is not a 5-star hotel by any means, but they definitely take advantage and charge a full rate even without most amenities. Read less

There were several significant issues with my (ungraded) room. The large blind on the window with the Golden Gate bridge view wouldn't go up more than half way, the phone system was inoperable, the terrace door was jammed in the lock position, preventing me from going out to enjoy the Adirondeck chair. I did spend most of the time outside of the room, so in the end I enjoyed my stay. Read less

My first visit to this outstanding property and it truly is in a magnificent locale. The staff here are ALL dog lovers and me and the pup felt welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. This was a combo work/pleasure trip.
