My room was clean - I had no qualms about completely relaxing - and it was lovely with a great view. Sara who checked me in was polished, friendly and knowledgeable. She remembered me, and that meant a lot.

This was my second time back in at The Park Central San Francisco, and it's still a great value hotel. Sara at the front desk is fantastic and understood my preferences for a quieter room on a higher floor, and always made sure my stay was comfortable. Sleek interior, great service, and very comfy beds. Highly recommended!

This is by far my favorite SPG hotel in San Francisco. I've been staying here since it was a Westin. The name might have changed but all of the important things have not. I might even like it more now that the prices have dropped. Here's why - the location cannot be beat. It's on the 'better' side of Market St. If there's a Market St parade or… Read more
This is by far my favorite SPG hotel in San Francisco. I've been staying here since it was a Westin. The name might have changed but all of the important things have not. I might even like it more now that the prices have dropped. Here's why - the location cannot be beat. It's on the 'better' side of Market St. If there's a Market St parade or protest, you'll be on the side where you can still easily get to the freeway. don't miss your flight because of a parade! - it is in easy walking distance of the Moscone center, Union Square, Ferry Building. if you're in town for a convention or have alot of luggage, there is always someone out front to help with all of your stuff. - front desk (all of the staff really) hasn't changed much since it was a Westin and the service is still great. the doorman out front always knows what is going on in SF. staff is always walking around to help. - this SPG location is more modern than others but the price is usually less CONS - the cost to park is just outrageous. It's standard cost for city parking but you should avoid a rental - they stopped room service. It was never that great anyway, but sometimes it is nice to get your coffee delivered to drink while you're getting ready. - this isn't plush or romantic, so maybe not a honeymoon place. by that, I mean this might not be a place where you want to relax and unwind in your room all day (again, no room service) I still think it's the best for business travelers and active visitors. Enjoy SF! Read less
