My wife and I booked a 3 night stay here for a weekend getaway. At check in,no recognition for being a diamond member and we were issued keys to room 2514. We had asked the front desk agent if he recommended any place close by we could get a quick bit since it was after midnight. His response “check your phone”. We checked into our room and figured we would just go to sleep after not seeing many options. Heading down for breakfast we were surprised to see just how tiny the executive lounge was. For a hotel of this size, one would assume the lounge would be on a higher floor with a view. Not here. If is located next to the front desk, is very cramped, gets over crowded (presumably from being tailgating others to gain access) and was usually never stocked with anything more than some water and miscellaneous sodas. The room was clean and quiet. Our views were nice and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. The only other downfall is the restaurant. We ordered for to Go one night from the bar. We were charged over $40 for 2 disappointing pieces of chicken breast and a salad. Either overpriced or overcharged as I was not given an itemized receipt. Overall, it’s close proximity (15 minutes) walking to Pike Place market. Restaurants aren’t too far away either. At night, the walk back to the hotel can be sketchy depending on what streets you take due to the homelessness population that hangs out nearby. Read less

Beautiful room and great view. Located in the center of many things to do during the day and night. The only issue that I had was that there was no free parking, but other than this I had a great experience staying here.

The location couldn't be any better and the view was PHENOM. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was so comfy. The beds at Hilton are always so delightful. Room service was timely but service could have been more accommodating- they also left out part of my order, and for the price I do expect it to be perfect. But overall, it was wonderful and I… Read more

I booked two rooms for a winter break trip with my nephews. The lobby is actually on the second floor so you have to take the elevator up. The hotel is near the convention center and there are many restaurants or stores in a walk able distance. I was thinking about getting a hotel near Pioneer Square but I am glad I didn't. There are too many homeless in that area and not an ideal location if you want to walk around in the evening with teens or young ones. The area around the Hilton feels much safer. That being said, we were able to talk to the Nordstrom's on 5th and took the monorail to the Space Needle. We were also able to walk to Pike Place Market and the Ferris Wheel. One great tip my Uber driver gave me was to go to Kerry Park. You can take some pictures of the Space Needle and Downtown to the left and has Mt. Rainer in the background. Speaking about the hotel itself. It was the typical Hilton. Clean room, up to date interior, mini-bar with complimentary water and a restaurant. Overall I was pleased with the hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a centrally located hotel. Read less

Great location in downtown Seattle. Service was friendly, accommodations were very good. Would recommend taking an early shower for hot water. Did not eat at the restaurant though, and did not use the fitness facilities.
