They've got cucumber water in the lobby. I've always wanted to try some after watching Better Call Saul. Very refreshing - for customers only. The hotel located about 6 blocks up the face of a cliff from the water. At the bottom of the cliff are all the high-end seafood restaurants and fish market. It would have made more sense to put the hotel at the bottom of the hill so I could roll back into bed after dinner rather than doing some mountain climbing on a full stomach but that's more of a comment on the city of Seattle. The staff is first rate - great service. Breakfasts could have fed a family of 3 e.g. a side order of bacon was 6-8 pieces and the omelet looked like it was made with half a dozen eggs. The menu is limited but mostly edible. But, do try the restaurants in town even if you need help from Uber to get back up the cliff. Service at the bar was A++ but a convention overflowed the bar into the restaurant area and people were screaming into my ear while I tried to eat my meal. My gripes are small. Parking was super expensive. The elevator had a mind of its own and I occasionally wound up on the ground floor rather than the desired floor. Window shades were electronically controlled - sheer and blackout shades which were all about 6" longer than the window and difficult to close properly. If you touched them, they would retract in an odd fashion to never give you the position you desired. A 2nd peep hole was at elbow height for accessibility; so was the coat hook on the inside of the bathroom door. At first I thought it a welcome feature for height challenged individuals until I banged my elbow on the coat hook every time I used the bathroom. More thought needs to go into it. How about a retractable coat hook which doesn't ding my elbow? The room was next to the nosiest ice machine compressor I've ever heard yet the sound was muffled nicely inside the room. WiFi was a bit spotty and the TV channels were limited. Signs everywhere expressed the hotel's desire to be "green." They put out 4 towels, 3 scratchy towels and 1 fluffy towel. Once I used the fluffy towel it was replaced with another scratchy one so now I had 4 scratchy towels. I wonder if they're trying to train me to use the same one fluffy towel during my stay rather than throwing it on the floor? Has anyone else noticed this about hotels in general? Two of the high-end floors, 28 and 29th I think it was, give you special access to the VIP lounge. The lounge is a windowless room with some free snacks, beer, and soda. One of our group booked it - I didn't see the lounge as much of a perk, unless you wanted to get away from the noisy restaurant. The hvac made a consistent white fan noise which was easy to sleep to, but would randomly go into hot hot hot mode. Thankfully the windows opened and I was able to get fresh air while turning off the unit. And, the smoke detector had one super annoying blinking light which was like a camera strobe going off. Bring a roll of black tape unless you enjoy a slow disco strobe going off all night. Read less

My stay was awesome! The room was fantastic and with a great view of downtown!! I was up on the 23rd floor and felt like a king! Definitely recommend this for more solo people rather than families. Definitely recommend!

The front desk was okay and elevator door man was exceptionally nice. The room was nice but there was a broken shower drain and the water pressure was very bad. Overall a very nice hotel and a great location but the shower is a very important aspect of the room and it was sad to see the issues.

I stayed here for 4 nights and had a nice stay overall. It's a small hotel with the lobby not at street level. It has a boutique hotel feel to it. It's just a few blocks from the WSCC and there's even an underground/indoor walkway all the way to the WSCC. It requires being outside for maybe 1 minute. The lobby is tiny and the restaurant is small too. Their executive lounge is located right off the front desk. They serve Starbucks coffee all day and have evening drinks and apps. My room was at the end of the hallway and I could actually hear the AC/heater from the hallway in my room, which was a little strange, but it wasn't loud. The heater in the room worked very well, which was necessary in the cold weather. I had really good sleep every night and the hotel seemed very quiet despite being full. The room was small with the small fridge and coffee on a rack right in front of the closet. The hotel is centrally located near lots of restaurants Read less

The value is okay mainly because the price is cheap. I was expecting too much for the brand of Hilton. However this is at most a Hampton Inn level hotel. Very small room and lobby and limited food for breakfast. Wrong attitude.
