My husband and I got married at this hotel early September 2019. This is my first (and hopefully last) wedding, but I have also been in many weddings. I can say with complete certainty, weddings never go exactly how you plan regardless of the level of preparation leading into the big day. With that said, I cannot imagine a better equipped staff and level of service to have supporting us during the wedding day! First off, Hanna Eickerman (Sales Manager, Loews Hotel 1000) was so easy to work with. Her professionalism throughout the planning experience was perfect and she was at the wedding early morning to help coordinate and ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. With wedding party, family, ring bearers and flower girls running around all day, things can get chaotic. Without the guidance of the staff, we would have not been able to get everything setup on time. The staff not only did some light steaming for us, they also made sure the bridal party always had water, coffee, ice, snacks, champagne throughout the day. The photographer, hair and makeup artists really appreciated the natural light the venue allowed into the ceremony room and bridal/groom suites. Our guests were very pleased with the dinner; everything was locally sourced and in season - a great northwest menu experience for our out-of-towners. I would recommend this hotel and working with Hanna to anyone looking to take as much stress off their plate as possible for any important event. I have no doubt you will be greeted with luxury and quality service. Read less

The bathroom offered a large tub and a walk-in shower. There was a glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom which was a unique feature. The hotel location was convenient for going to the market and is near a museum, lots of shopping and coffee shops. Read less

Horrible service - I've booked two significant (14 and 4 days) stays with the Loews Seattle in their presidential and junior suites in the past year because of the location and value. My past stay was supposed to be last week, but THE HOTEL MESSED UP MY BOOKING. I found out on arrival and when my assistant called them to correct it, they blamed it on her even though she has records that she booked the correct dates. They were and have been incredibly difficult, rude, and slow when canceling the reservation because of the wrong dates and have been refusing to offer credit or anything else. We are still dealing with this over a week later. Last year I spent *two weeks in their presidential suite* and the service wasn't great (rude front desk, newspaper requests were forgotten every day). I go to Seattle a lot for work. We wanted to give them another shot, but my company and I will never be booking with Loews again. Shameful service and attitude. Read less

the hotel was nice and the room was good. Just be careful when you check out as they added an "Urban Charge" to my bill. they said it was for using the lobby and internet. They did take it off when I questioned it.

James Castro made this trip a very memorable one for us. He new we are celebrating my wife’s birthday and we had never visited Seattle before. He made sure we got a beautiful room, made sure all our needs we met, and continued to check up on us to make sure everything was going well. Attention Lowe’s, James is an asset. Hold him tight as he is a shining star. When back in Seattle we will be sure to stay at the Lowe’s. Thank you James, staff, and everyone else who had a hand in making this trip an absolute pleasure.
