The hotel

Barely a mackerel’s lob from the waterfront along Elliot Bay, and perfectly placed for the hubbub of Pike Place Market, Seattle Art Museum and leafy, historic Pioneer Square, sleek, contemporary Hotel 1000 makes a top flight base from which to get the very most out of the Emerald City. Rooms and suites feel spacious and bright with simple, modern detailing, there’s complimentary WiFi for guests, and the hotel’s stylish BOKA Restaurant and Bar is popular with locals as well as guests (always a great sign). So, after a busy day exploring the city, why not order a hand-crafted cocktail and give the hotel’s golf simulator a spin?

I will put it simply... I love the Loews 1000 in Seattle. I have stayed here a few times, and it is always my go to when traveling to Seattle for work. I will put it simply... I love the Loews 1000 in Seattle. I have stayed here a few times, and it is always my go to when traveling to Seattle for work. The hospitality is exceptional, the hotel is well appointed and quiet (which can be a rarity in downtown Seattle). Every time I have stayed, I have been upgraded to a junior suite. The rooms make me want to come straight back to my hotel room after a long day of work (or a long day of touristing). The hotel is always clean, and each room I've stayed in is large and very well appointed. This hotel perfectly mixes modern amenities and decor with classic touches and hospitality. The beds are so comfortable it makes it hard to get up in the morning, and the very "extra" bathtubs in the suites are a treat. The hotel is also in a prime location. Storyville Coffee is right across the street, and It's a 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market, with lots of great restaurants in its direct vicinity. In a bustling downtown area like Seattle where hotels can feel chaotic, overcrowded, and loud, the Loews always feels like a quiet, peaceful oasis to come back to in the evenings. Read less

I have stayed in some very beautiful hotels in Canada like the Banff Springs, The Chateau Lake Louise, etc. This hotel has a zen like feel to it. I just love the soaker tub with the water coming from above.

We had a lovely breakfast at All Water the day after we saw Dear Evan Hansen at The Paramount. Hailey was a friendly and knowledgeable server. She recommended the crab Benedict and she was spot on! And the bathrooms are amazing.

Breakfast was awesome - Virginia and Francisco were my servers; super friendly and completely on top of the whole experience. And breakfast was delicious. Pretty much a flawless stay at a lovely property. I will be back! Read less

Major construction behind hotel. Very noisy Monday through Saturday. Beware. When we complained were upgraded to partial Szound View in front, which solved the problem. Obviously they know "city view" rooms are no bargain until work is complete. Hailey at All Waters restaurant said she got $10 if we mentioned her. She's worth it.
