We discovered the Hotel Preston when we were looking for a pet friendly hotel in Nashville. Our 16-year-old Pekingese has died since but the Hotel Preston is without a doubt our favorite place in Nashville. Great location, great facilities, great folks, great price . We do not stay anywhere else when we are in Nashville.

This was my first time staying at Hotel Theodore and I loved it. The walkability (hello Nordstrom across the street) made everything so convenient and the employees were incredibly sweet. Waking up to grab a cup of coffee from the coffee bar in the morning to picking up wine on the way in, made it enjoyable. The front desk was so personable and I always enjoyed talking to them when wandering in & out. I will definitely visit again and stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend if you want a convenient & walkable area with great customer service! Read less

My husband and I stayed for one night in a suite. We loved the bathtub/shower combo and the super comfortable bed. The suite had a lot of space to spread out a relax. Due to covid, some room amenities, like the coffee maker had been removed, but the coffee stand in the lobby had good coffee. Everything seemed very clean and safe. The hotel is stylish and nicely updated. Great location right downtown. Our only minor trouble was at check-in. We needed to valet park and the signage isn't clear as to where you pull in and the valet had the driveway blocked with an outgoing vehicle. It was a little stressful, but we got it figured out! By 1am the airlines told us there was a problem with baggage so we couldn't go. Expedia was great and was willing to work with us. Hotel Theodore was horrible. When I called at 1am EST, 4am PST, they said they couldn't help until a manager was on at 9am. By 3pm, they said they couldn't stop the reservation. NO refunds. No help what so ever. Expedia tried talking to them, but Hotel Theodore said NO. So...they had a reservation for five hours and kept my $150.... I will never recommend them. They might be a nice place, but horrible customer service. Read less
