The hotel is situated well for business travel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The views were beautiful and the room was large and comfortable. Just below the hotel is a Whole Foods market and the restaurant in the hotel was pricey but the food was very good. I took the light rail from the airport to Westlake station and walked from there to the hotel about a mile but they also had a free shuttle from the hotel to the station. I’ve taken the light rail several times and you can’t beat the 3.00 fare vs almost 50.00 to Uber. I’ve only taken the light rail during the day though. I could see the Space Needle from my room, and it was convenient to the downtown business district as well. I’ll definitely stay here again. Read less

Location of this hotel was very good, close to all amenities and in a safe clean area. The restaurant is a little small but had friendly staff and nice appies. Hotel rooms nicely appointed, but rooms with the 2 beds— the beds were quite small and short? I am 6ft tall and my feet were pushing through the end. Get a king bed!

I will give these guys (John, Don, Hong, Trionsey and the two other African/American dudes) an A+ for their services. Keep it up guys...! I will see you soon again and recommend your Hotel. Read less

For instance, there is always someone to open the door and welcome you in, but no one offers to take your bag. Questions of the front desk staff that are off script, like can I have a daily newspaper brought to my room in the morning, require an "I will check with my manager." This could be a training issue.
