My wife and I frequently stay in New hotels in downtown Seattle all the time. So we have a very good working knowledge on what to expect with the cost of Hotel rooms. We were celebrating a birthday mile stone and we both were so unimpressed. The only highlight was Andy, who checked us in. He was amazing! If it were not for him, we would have left the next day. We expected more from the only hotel of its kind in the US. We spent extra as VIP's and the room we got was no better than a 3-star hotel. We were told they gave us an up grade on our room. I am scared to think what we might have received. The bath tub nozzle leaked when filling up the rub. The separate shower was not sealed correctly and leaked onto the bathroom floor. We ordered room service for two, with no drinks, and the $100 we spent for a 2.5 star meal was so not worth it. The thing that toped it all of, was as VIP guests, we get the perk of a late check out. Yet when I went down to the front desk to ask for one, the lady behind the desk was rude, did not want to help or honor our VIP status and told me "I will do this as a one time curtesy". Yet I had paid for this benefit. This hotel is way over rated and over priced compared to less expensive hotels in downtown Seattle. My suggestion is to save your money and go somewhere else. I can give you 10 hotels in Seattle that cost less yet give you so much more. My wife will not be coming back. I also suggest Andy takes his great skills to a better hotel where he can be proud to work at. Read less

To be honest the towels being dirty the pillows being dirty the stale smell and the random charges from the parking lot we left a day early. The charges on your account are randomly charged days later. It's not worth it

The staff was friendly and SO helpful, they went way above and beyond several times to make sure we had a great stay! The room was super clean, we felt very safe and comfortable! Parking was easy and super convenient. There was even a Whole Foods under the hotel that you could take an elevator to for any grocery needs you may have. We really could not have found a better place to stay for our short little family trip! Read less

The bed was extremely comfortable and so soft and easy to fall asleep in. The staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and courteous, especially to our 8 month old pitbull puppy Roscoe, who was adored and all the staff loved him! Great location in the middle of downtown Seattle! All in all it was an extremely relaxing and amazing stay and we definitely recommend anyone stay here and if we get the chance to, we would love to stay here again!!!
