We took advantage of the shuttle service to explore Seattle and the room service was fantastic. The room itself was both comfortable and glamorous, with a bathtub to die for and breathtaking view of the city. Staff even let us check in early, calling as soon as a room was available, and did their best to make sure we had a memorable time. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in Seattle! We did a pre-stay here before our cruise. Our room was very nice. We chose to have dinner in their lounge. It was very expensive. Our server was very nice though. I wish we had eaten at the adjacent pizza place though. Also there is a Whole Foods under the hotel. Take the street elevator down to it. We had a balcony suite which was very… Read more

I wish we had eaten at the adjacent pizza place though. Also there is a Whole Foods under the hotel. Take the street elevator down to it. We had a balcony suite which was very spacious, but we didn't use the balcony because the view was just down to the entrance to the hotel. The next morning we had breakfast in the same lounge. The ommlette skillet with breakfast potatoes and bacon looked very good. We were all happy with breakfast. Read less

I would like to leave a review Huong, who helped me today with my luggage when I was looking for my apartment. I was alone with two large suitcases asking for direction. He didn’t hesitate to pick my luggage, carry them down two floors of steps and take me tight to my destination and stayed there until he was sure I was ok. What a lovely person! I… Read more

I didn’t have any money on me to tip him so I’m leaving this review instead. Thank you, Huong, Pan Pacific Seattle are very lucky to have you work there 😀 Read less

We left Pan Pacific saying to each other “that was one of the best stays we have ever had.” Literally every staff member we encountered was so friendly and accommodating. They made us feel valued even though we were just staying in a mid-price room. Great rooms, great food, and such quality service. We will return! Read less

Impressed! Delighted! The front Desk team of the Pan Pacific made my day!!! Helpful! Efficient! Friendly!! And the best part is their “business as usual attitude” of “this is what we call hospitality”
