We had a great stay. Its an older hotel but centrally located. It’s steps away from the Ferry making it easy to do a day trip to Victoria, Canada. We are planning another trip this year and planning on staying here

We have come to the Port Angeles Red Lion Inn every year for over ten years. We love the view, the quiet, and the town. We return home from our visit revived and relaxed, and we intend to keep coming back indefinitely!

I talked to the hotel desk clerk and she said it always smells like that. Then came the room heater it was so noisy and cycled every 10 minutes. My stay was a disaster. Upon my arrival on 1/4/20 I entered the hotel cabana which smelled like mildew. It must have had some recent water damage. I talked to the hotel desk clerk and she said it always smells like that. Then came the room heater it was so noisy and cycled every 10 minutes. It was impossible for my wife and I to get a good night sleep. Then came the shower, my wife got into the shower with no hot water. The valve on the shower was installed in the wrong direction. The hot direction was cold and cold was hot. Our next disappointment were the towels, they felt like they had been washed in sand paper. They could have been used to descale a fish. This was by far the worst hotel my wife and I had ever stayed in!!! Read less
