At this stay the bathroom was not clean. 3 weeks ago I had no problems. they took care of this problem. the room had a great view from the 1st floor and nice table and chairs in room with Minnie fridge. nice balcony with 2 chairs and table to enjoy the sun rise.

We enjoyed our second floor balcony room that looked out on the ocean. We also enjoyed that a trail for walking, bicycling, etc was right next to the hotel running along the ocean. The only drawback was the toilet was rather low.

We booked a room on the 2nd level, and with a water view. Was wonderful, and room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would have given it a 5, but overall hotel is a bit outdated. Will stay here again when we are in the area!

Our check in day was very good. The receptionist was very friendly and always had a smile in her face (she had black hair I believe, and colorful nails). She offered us an upgrade (which we took) and gave us our room cards. The room was clean (except for a dusty sofa, which we didn't use because of it's condition). The beds were very comfortable… Read more

She offered us an upgrade (which we took) and gave us our room cards. The room was clean (except for a dusty sofa, which we didn't use because of it's condition). The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom clean. We did noticed some spots on the curtains but we think it might be some residue that stuck after being washed. On the second day, I called the front desk at around 5pm to ask about how often the rooms are cleaned, the receptionist told me they clean it after we leave. I then asked if I could get another set of the shampoo and stuff, she said I could go to the lobby to get them. So I walked to the lobby and told her I called earlier and she turned around while I was talking. She handed me the shampoo and stuff and then went back to doing whatever she was doing before I came in. On the 3rd day, we checked out and the lady who helped us out was very friendly and helpful. I really wished the lady from the 2nd day would have been more friendly since that was my birthday and that was the only thing that didn't go as expected. Read less

Everyone at the hotel was great. We had a room with a balcony facing the Strait of Juan de Fuca. It seemed to have been recently remodeled and was very nice. My only issue was with the carpeting on the stairs and hallways. The carpet design was in a pattern that hotels frequently use to conceal stains. I get that. But the stains have now won that war, and I think the victory was probably around D-Day. In addition, the odor emanating from the carpet is probably close to that of a medieval brothel, I can only guess. But I was relieved to find that it did not extend to the interior of my room.
