Honestly, these guys are dope. Polite, great service, and the folks were understanding. They answered all of our questions and helped get what we needed at a drop of a hat.

Very centrally located, only 2 blocks from the light rail and monorail. With a hertz in the shared garage, it was easy to rent cars for each day we wanted to explore outside the city, without paying the hefty parking costs downtown. We will be back the next time we are in Seattle! Read less

What a treat to stay in such a nice hotel for a work training. The staff were all professional and kind, eager to help. The location is great for urban exploring, with great amenities nearby. Circle drive makes for easy pick ups and drop offs. A great stay altogether.

The hotel is lovely, great location. Staff were unable to find my reservation at check in despite a call four hours earlier to confirm a card was on file and dates of my stay. Arriving in a foreign city and being told there is no reservation for me sent my anxeity through the roof. Watching others check in and be offered beverages and instructions to thier room while staff hustled to find me a "new" room left a sour taste in my mouth. I was given a key with no instrucion about the room location or hotel amenities. It was one of the less pleasant check ins I've had. The folks working valet were the silver lining for me. Super kind and responsive. Read less
