Exceptional stay. Enzo at check in was very helpful. Fastidiously clean hotel. One of the nicest hotel pools we’ve ever enjoyed. 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market and the rest of downtown. Loved the very comfortable beds. Wonderful place to stay in Seattle!

Good location and rooms are clean. More like a best western inside a hyatt hotel. Pool needed to be cleaned and was so cold nobody in my family want d to return and that is why we picked the hotel. Advertised organic cotton sheets and the sheets were some type of non cotton material similar to nylon. We have stayed at best western that met or surpassed our stay. Daily complimentary water bottles if you ask as well as cleaning. I really don't have time to arrange for my room to be cleaned and get new towels. Every third day room cleaning is offered. A bit of a let down and feeling of bait and switch. Also a $25 daily tourist fee. Read less
