Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is amazing. As soon as you enter the lobby there is a cute coffee shop called Otto that had great coffee and a cute area to sit and conduct business. There is a barber shop as well which gives the hotel great character. I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite at arrival. The room was spacious and very clean and chic. The second floor lobby (where the elevators are located) was a large room with work areas as well as lounge space where you can sit with a group have drinks and chat. The bar area in the lobby was great. The pool deck was very nice with an outside bar. On Fridays after 8pm there in a local DJ who spins and the pool deck turns into a night club. The crowd was classy and people were in the pool having a great time. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. One tiny thing was the elevators take a while. But all in all loved the ambiance of the hotel and the design. Read less

This place needs major work. The staff could care less. You have to chase them to get something done. Took hours to get my room. Only two of the elevators work in the hotel. And if the guests hit the button for more than four floors the elevator will stop running. You have to reselect the floor. Super scary They also dont change the linens even if you leave the card on the bed. I had to ask the housekeeper to change the linens and she wanted to argue about it. The food is a mixed bag. They take simple dishes and add an excess amount of cheese or herbs until it is unrecognizable Service is non existent. We sat outside the restaraunt, but they don’t have service. Although the front desk, said they would. And finally watch out for the fees. They charge random resort fees similar to another bad hotel in Dallas, the Crescent. This place is not a resort. It also has no security. Anyone can walk off the street and access the floors. You do not need a room key. Read less

Whitney was an incredible concierge and made our anniversary so special. The entire team at the Adolphus is so service-focused and does a great job ensuring the trip is enjoyable. The recent renovation is beautiful and the new aesthetic in the lobby/restaurants is great. Highly recommended for special occasions - the spa is great too!

I’m here to highlight the efforts and beautiful service of the valet team. When I arrived, Kwame from valet helped me unload all of my gear and was so helpful and patient with me . On top of that , the valet team was super fast when getting my car.

The valet parking supervisor, Steve Narvaez, was phenomenal. We got a flat tire as we left the hotel, and he personally helped us change it. It was almost midnight and the end of his shift; he walked with me to my car that was a few blocks away, and expertly changed the tire and put on the spare. This is truly an above and beyond level of service,… Read more
