Very welcoming check-in personnel. Rebecca is a smiling, friendly and helpful check-in receptionist that made sure my reservation was exactly as I had made using the online reservation system. Our room was very large, comfortable, clean and well appointed. The bathroom was large, with great lighting, and a great walk-in shower with large soft bath towels. The purpose of our trip was a weekend get away to dine in the fabulous French Room in the Adolphus. Our waitperson, Connie, is very friendly and very knowledgable of the menu, as was able to answer any questions my wife and I had. We always request Connie as our waitperson because of her friendly manner and knowledge of the menu. Read less

Stayed her for a few days while in town for business and it was an excellent experience. My sister was also in town for business and she regretted not booking at The Adolphus. My room was in excellent condition and very spacious. Hoping to come back with my husband for a weekend trip.

I recently stayed at the Adolphus Hotel and had the wonderful privilege of connecting with Whitney Dawn Gochinas. She is in a class all by herself, as she is the absolute best Concierge I have ever worked with. Ever! I have seen a few, as I travel almost every week for work & am a platinum guest with Marriott. If you plan on staying at the Adolphus, I highly recommend finding her & introducing yourself. You will find a very polished, highly capable professional that enjoys going above & beyond to delight you. She will enhance your trip with a wide variety of options and resources and will manage & confirm all accomodation on your behalf. Connect with her in advance of your stay and you will receive a confirmation email, reminders prior to the event she schedules and a follow up email post event to thank you for the opportunity. I'm a hotel snob and the rooms are phenomenal! The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Healthy and delicious Mediterranean food. The hotel has a wonderful charm & its clean! I am looking forward to my stay in August. I will be calling Whitney prior to arriving again for recommendations. Jason B. Read less
