Omni Dallas Hotel

Dallas, Texas

The hotel

A boomerang-shaped hotel with an ever-changing LED light show, the newly opened Omni Dallas Hotel is 23 stories of glass, steel and stylish razzle-dazzle. It even glamorously had Larry Hagman and Linda Grey at the grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony! Sleek and modern on the outside and lit by neon-type horizontal lighting on each floor that is very cool. The public areas of the hotel are equally well done including numerous indoor and outdoor fireplaces and fire pits and some great added touches including unique art in the rooms that are all for sale. The best part about the Omni is its terrific rooftop infinity pool and bar. With soaring Dallas summer temperatures it is definitely the place to relax and take in spectacular city views. Sweeping views can also be enjoyed from the Mokara Spa which offers a full range of spa treatments including a special treatments where couples can unwind together in one of the deluxe couple’s treatment rooms. Morsels the coffee bar which includes Collections Gift Shop, is a fantastic showcase of art with an assortment of books and unique gifts to purchase. See if you can find the great colouring book for children and adults of the Nasher Sculpture collection!

We went for an early anniversary getaway, the Omni has a romantic ambiance that made it a very relaxing stay! We highly enjoyed the higher level room and floor to ceiling windows. The bath was very relaxing! The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!

It is a very nice place and service is excellent. They make you pay to park in the parking garage at 23 dollars a day which is ridiculous on top of the you already pay a premium to stay here. Location is close to Dallas Aquarium and lots of things to do being downtown. Rooms are extremely small and not worth the price to me so next time I stay I… Read more

Location is close to Dallas Aquarium and lots of things to do being downtown. Rooms are extremely small and not worth the price to me so next time I stay I will upgrade to a bigger room since the premium is not very large. Nice hotel and great customer service just rooms small and parking woes. Read less

As an event organizer, this hotel is one of the best I´ve ever worked with. Always willing to help, and super flexible. Menu options are amazing, the executive chef really has a commitment for balanced menu options. Rooms are big and clean.

GREAT property but do not stay here if it is a cheer competition weekend!!! The staff is super friendly but every common area in the hotel is over taken by people who have a competition in the adjoining convention center!!!
