Hyatt Place Fort Worth

Fort Worth, Texas

The hotel

Located right in the heart of Fort Worth’s historical Stockyards district, the Hyatt makes for an essential base if you’re hoping to lasso yourself some authentic Texan hospitality. The district covers 125 acres and contains legendary landmarks such as as the Cowtown Coliseum, host of the world’s first indoor rodeo. The Hyatt's 24-hour fitness centre and swimming pool are ideal for working up an appetite and once you've sampled the dining delights of both the Gallery Restaurant and the Bakery Café you'll be ready to kick back and relax in your spacious and sophisticated guest room. With WiFi access available throughout you maybe tempted to work whilst you're away from home however, with the theme and water parks of Six Flags under half an hour's drive away you're bound to stow the laptop without too much arm-twisting. From a hot buffet breakfast at the Bakery Café to checking out the authentic local saloon bars as the Texan sun begins to set, the Hyatt is exactly what you'd hope for with plenty of Cowtown charm thrown in for good measure.

Stock show and Rodeo for our 36th wedding anniversary. We love historic Fort Worth and have stayed at this Hyatt site more than once. The front desk receptionist was super friendly and helpful. We will stay again

This hotel is located right by the stockyards. It was amazing to walk across the street to the cowboy show, to the rodeo, to see the cattle Drive at 11 and 430. And to be able to watch the Cowboys shoot outs! Great location friendly staff couldn’t ask for a better stay!

The room had a musty smell to it and the shower was beyond gross with what looked like mold in the grout on the walls and floor. It was an adequate stay, but the hotel does not match the price point they are… Read more
