Our stay was nice, the staff were very friendly. Wish I knew our room didn’t come with a tub as I was expecting it to. Other than that it was very relaxing. It was nice to see that the hot tub and heated pool were open at least. The free movie rentals were also a bonus.

Nice, clean, quite. Too much out of the norm having to deal with Covid. Just made things too inconvenient to fully enjoy. The facility was very clean. We will just have to try this property at a time other than in-between seasons. Too much to pay for inconvenience, understanding Hyatt has to do what they have to do because of Covid.

I took a much-needed and way overdue ski trip at the end of February. I stayed at the Hyatt Centric Park City and loved it. The location is ideal, in the Canyons Village right at the base of the mountain. There is a ski shop in the hotel where you can rent and store skis. The skip shop is at a back entrance (where they leave you your skis in the morning and where you drop them off at the end of the day) and allows for easy ski in and ski out access. There is a chair lift just outside the hotel and a slope that brings you right back to the door. I had never stayed on a slope like that and it makes skiing so much easier and more enjoyable. The property is really nice. The driveway is heated so no issues with snow building up and there is underground parking. The heated pool and hot tubs are spacious and heavenly after a long day of skiing. The room was spacious and comfortable. There is a fireplace in the room, a wonderful big welcoming bed, nice sized bathroom and walk-in shower, I had nice balcony, and there was a mini-fridge. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful and the on-site restaurant served great food and was super convenient. And, the property is close to shopping and downtown Park City. Overall, I loved my stay at the Hyatt Centric and highly recommend it to anyone skiing Park City. Read less

The covid protocols were perfect. We felt safe and still had a great time. I love the ski in/ski out and the restaurant was great. The ski valet and car valet were quick and efficient. I love how we could ski to the same floor as our room and be steps away. We appreciated the grab and go with espresso. The terrace and fire place were very cozy.

If skiing in the Park City, UT area this is an outstanding place to stay. Best location in Canyons with easy access to everything including the mountain. Very nice amenities and a superb staff. Definitely recommend.
