Image of the Tripadvisor rating Much Better Options in Park City

There are much better options for the price in Park City. We did not get what we paid for. Our room was not ready at check in so we were given a different, not better, room than we booked. The management staff was condescending and indifferent to our needs. The shuttle driver scolded us.... There are plenty of places to stay at this price point… Read more

We were on our first trip to UT ever. We didn’t know that you have to order food to order alcohol in an eating establishment. Once we were aware we were happy to comply. We were staying for a Ford driving experience and after our dinner event headed to EPC restaurant/lounge to chat with people we had just met. It was around 7pm, we had to be up fairly early so getting a beverage at the hotel’s eatery was optimal. An older, taller gentleman bartender served us. He was abrupt, rude, served overfull drinks, slamming them on the table, spilling them. We ordered wings and pepper appetizers, with several beers, margarita and glass of wine. The entire time we felt as if we were inconveniencing him and that he was sick of serving people from out of town. Seriously - get rid of this guy. Not a great way to start our week of vacation - walking on eggshells. Read less

It was the prefect facility and we had a great time. The scenic backdrop of the mountains and the elegant facility mad the stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Our room had a full kitchen and the bathroom was enormous. I want to come back soon.
