We only stayed here one night but the room was perfectly fine and the staff very friendly. We left early so didn't have breakfast here. We had a terrible meal in the restaurant. I spent three nights here recently and my room was very nice -- spacious, comfortable bed, and modern shower. Great a la carte breakfast menu (plus a buffet option), walking and dining options right out the front door, and free parking (although the on-site parking options are limited. All good.

First of all, the service from everyone here was amazing. Big kudos to their shuttle drive James who was so pleasant and had fantastic recommendations! The place was under construction and there were some hassles around that. So once the construction is done it could be a better experience. This is the former Park City Marriott. It has been rebranded as a Sheraton and they have done a really good job. The hotel is currently under some renovation and you have to use some alternate entrances as a result. However the staff is very accommodating because of the situation. The room we stayed in was recently updated and you could tell they put time and thought into the upgrade. It wasn’t just new paint and carpet. They have redone the entire bathroom and it functions very well. There is also new furniture. Plus it does have new carpet/flooring and paint. The new rooms look great. Also, the upper floors have ceilings the come with the character of the overall building. As a Marriott Titanium member, I’ve stayed at Marriott hotels all over the world. The was definitely not the best Marriott around, but it was certainly a great one and I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Read less

This was by far the worst Hotel experience ever (Marriott brands or otherwise). upon check in it didn't look good because, the hotel was re-branded, (no longer PC Marriott) the hotel is under so much construction it didn't even look open. The water was shut off for renovations and came back brown. We asked to have the bedding changed in our room, twice in person at the front desk. Hotel staff said of course and radioed to someone and it was never done. The AC shut off multiple times on its own and the room got so hot and uncomfortable in July Heat. Then the Fire Alarm when off at 6:30 am and everyone had to go outside until the fire dept came. book your stay anywhere else, the service and location needs alot of work. Read less
