From check in to check out service was excellent. Front desk was prompt and courteous and room was very clean. Since I'm enrolled in the rewards program received a small goody bag for the room. I will visit again when in town.
Will never stat here again!!

There was hair in the shower and on the back of the bathroom door and there was a roach crawling in the room. Plus the room was not ready to check in when we got there and they told us to wait 15 to 20 minutes. I wrote down as list of complaints and gave it to the girl at checkout and she told me the manager would be in later on that day and she…

My husband and I stayed here for three days on an unexpected mini vacation. We decided 30 minutes before we left home to come to Williamsburg. The hotel was inexpensive and the staff was very friendly. It was located right beside the Colonial Williamsburg area however, it probably is a little to far to walk to the shops and restaurants that are located in the heart of the historical area.
The room was clean however, it had no toilet paper holder and when we went to take a shower, the handle of the shower broke off. Luckily they had placed us in a handicap room so we had a shower with two shower heads. It was a little noisy as we stayed on the second floor which was right off the entrance and the way to the elevators. Also, this hotel houses long term business workers and maybe a few long term residents. It also doesn't offer free breakfast but it has a restaurant that you can order off the menu from.
Over all it was a good stay for the price we paid however, it probably isn't where we would stay on a regular basis. Again, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.
