Extraordinary service. Vera, Emma, Mallory, Rebekah, Frederic and everyone else I missed. The handwritten "welcome back" note from Emma after checking in was extraordinary. I can't remember a time I received a note like that and from hotel staff. Felt very safe given the COVID environment/restrictions. Everything was sparkling clean!

I wanted to get in three more stays before the end of the new year to assure I kept my diamond status for 2021 (even though they "promised" it would happen)....I'm not one to trust an email that can be easily denied or "the rules changed and we cannot honor that promise."). I wanted to get in three more stays before the end of the new year to assure I kept my diamond status for 2021 (even though they "promised" it would happen)....I'm not one to trust an email that can be easily denied or "the rules changed and we cannot honor that promise."). The first night, Christmas Eve, we chose a room not on the concierge floor because everything I read said the exec lounge was closed. Apparently the ever changing mind of the Mayor of DC makes it difficult to know week to week what the rules are, so it turned out to be open. For this stay they were kind enough to upgrade us. Lovely room. Smaller expanse of windows, which made it dark, especially in winter. And the remotes, because the room was a studio suite, worked both tvs at the same time unless you physically stood between them. The second stay, on the concierge "Sekura" floor could' have been more contrasting. A light filled corner room welcomed us and the pampering you get there is well worth whatever they happen to be charging. DO IT! This is what makes a great hotel magnificent and our stay was nothing short of incredible. Even during covid, when touchless is the buzzword, the sun coming up over the capitol as seen from the walk in/walk out concierge lounge was spectacular. Zineb was our go to person and so friendly and hospitable. For a staycation after such a horrible year, this was a perfect way to welcome 2021 and proof that it will be kinder and more dignified. A huge thank you to all the staff. Read less

I opted to bypass my usual chain to give this hotel a shot based on the TA reviews and I am glad that I did. The wife and I simply wanted to escape for two days and we fully understood that most of DC was either shut down or restricted. The hotel staff was GREAT. Everyone you spoke with was polite and friendly. We utilized the text/chat feature form the app for ice and fitness center and again, the staff was responsive and friendly. The room itself was clean and comfortable. While the location of the hotel was a short walk to the National Mall as well as a metro stop. Great new hotel! Read less

We got upgraded to the corner king room (celebrating our anniversary) and there are floor to ceiling windows which are beautiful. Electric curtains. Clean. Beautiful bathroom. Such wonderful staff- Mallory from the front desk would text us to make sure we had everything we needed. Incredibly attentive staff. Parking was easy. They set up some lovely photos of myself and my husband around the room as a celebration of our anniversary and offered us wine as well. Bed was very comfortable. I honestly don't have a single negative comment to say about this place and I am very particular and do a significant amount of research before booking any hotel! Most importantly, every staff member and guest was wearing a mask. Would 100% come back here, this will be my go to hotel in DC. Read less

What a gorgeous property. At night it almost seems like a movie set, it just can’t be real. It was my first time staying at this conrad. Without a doubt, this is the nicest hotel in the brand. Staff was fabulous and helpful. My room was jaw dropping. Great view. Nice room features. I think I may have been the only one in the hotel on a Monday during Covid. I would love to come when the bar is open. and there is some energy. Certainly that’s not Hilton’s fault. I’ll be back. My new fave in DC! Read less
