The reason to stay here is because of the location. Close to many places that a business traveler would want to be able to walk to and the Metro for other places which might be further away - and not too far from the monuments, if you stick around for some sightseeing! Close to many places that a business traveler would want to be able to walk to and the Metro for other places which might be further away - and not too far from the monuments, if you stick around for some sightseeing! The hotel is undergoing what seems to be a massive renovation. While I stayed the lobby was out of service, but the rooms were mostly done. A bit strange that my room was "finished" with a concrete floor, but there was a nice rug and so the place felt pretty complete. A trendy vibe, designed for business travelers. Read less

I stayed there in July 2019 and it was fine. Stayed there last year and it was horrible due to the construction. They said they would give me free night when the construction was completed. I called and they said the construction was completed but could only give me a discount on the room. Arrived on March 11 and the building is still under… Read more

We went to the Arc a couple blocks away which is great. Read less

Never again. The hotel was under. Construction and no communication was provided. The hotel elevators were shut down from 12MN to 4am. This is a fire hazard and a safety issue. They should shut down until construction is complete!

The hotel is doing renovations so it’s not in great shape right now and you enter through an employee entrance. Only two working elevators. The room had an area rug over a concrete floor that hadn’t been swept in quite some time. The bed was very clean and comfortable and the tv was big. The only parking option is valet and is $60 so I found that… Read more

The room had an area rug over a concrete floor that hadn’t been swept in quite some time. The bed was very clean and comfortable and the tv was big. The only parking option is valet and is $60 so I found that quite pricy at over half the price of the room for the night. Any time there was staff in the elevator they didn’t want to let you on with them and you’d have to wait another five minutes. Would probably check this hotel out after renovations are complete to see if it’s any better. Read less

This is less than a one star hotel. Best to describe as Ghetto! Trashy and filled with rats! You’ll enter through the employee’s entrance, take the employee’s elevators (when they’re working) so you’ll be trapped on your floor with no fire escape. Pray there isn’t a fire! Good luck finding an ice machine that works. I wouldn’t pay $20 a night to… Read more
