I’ve stayed similar level hotel such as holiday inn, hyatt stay, and best western. This is a superb than any other. Considering low price of this hotel, i highly recommend this property. But, the restaurant ( cafe deluxe) should be updated. It is just so so.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC Georgetown Area for a four night stay recently. I was pleased with the location and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I did have several problems during my stay, so I wonder if perhaps the building needs a bit of attention. Probably the most annoying was that the air conditioning seemed only to have an on and an off position. Setting the temperature seemed to have little effect. When it was on, it was going full blast and would get cold quite quickly. If the raised the temperature to turn it off, it would quickly activate teh heat. Clearly, you could turn the whole thing off, but then you would get hall noise. My shower had a drip, so the air conditioning was useful as white noise. One of the two guest elevators was also out for half my stay. Perhaps I just had bad luck, but it seems like there might be some maintenance needs at this location. Read less

My stay was great. Location, front desk and all employees!! I’ll definitely make this my permanent hotel to stay in this area. Even the guest were great. I love everything about this hotel . The pool is a bit small and only 3ft but still ok.

Great stay at this Garden Inn. We chose this location to be close to family member attending GWU. Location near Metro stop, Walgreens and CVS convienent for incidentals. Super comfortable bed and great shower. We would stay here again.
