So I have a few things to say about this hotel, hopefully someone from their company actually reads these. 1) The staff is amazing! I cannot stress that enough. So I have a few things to say about this hotel, hopefully someone from their company actually reads these. 1) The staff is amazing! I cannot stress that enough. They truly were amazing and we didn't complain about anything to them since we figure this was way above their pay grade. 2) The bathrooms are need to be looked at for wiring in fans to keep moisture out while showing because being a military family we're well aware of mold and issues with it. Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling that had definitely been painted over. In fact, it was bubbling and discolored in certain areas. Vents would probably alleviate that issue. 3) The stairs and elevators! There was some kind of competition there this weekend (the hotel was full of kids) which is great BUT the elevator was backed up for over 45 minutes because these parents were holding the elevators searching for kids because of some pizza party. So the next thing I'd suggest is maybe opening up 2 of the first floor stairs exits for people to get out of the hotel (because if we had opened them the alarms would have gone off). So we were literally late for our uber and dinner reservations, which we had to cancel. 4) the mattress in our room was super lumpy and uncomfortable and our pillows were really flat. Maybe invest in some firm pillows for those who do prefer that. My final recommendation, and something I want to add here for others, if you drive to the hotel- YOU WILL PAY FOR PARKING! They charge $60 a day for valet parking. Which whatever, I guess we could have taken the train into the city but $60 a day! When we already pay $170+ for 1 night and stay multiple nights and have to pay $60 a day for parking it adds up. It's almost not even worth it. If anyone from this company needs info please feel free to reach out. I'd be happy to talk more. Thanks! Read less

My stay at the Hyatt Regency was less than ideal. I repeatedly had to make trips to the front desk and I was unable to get solutions to any of my issues. My stay at the Hyatt Regency was less than ideal. I repeatedly had to make trips to the front desk and I was unable to get solutions to any of my issues. The phone in the room repeatedly disconnected and would beep as if the line was always busy so I was unable to contact the front desk when I had any questions or the television was not working. I had to go to the lobby to ask the clerk how to connect to Chromecast for them to tell me it should work. The television Chromecast function still did not work even after receiving further instruction from the lady at the front desk. Lastly, when I requested towels be sent up to the room no one ever arrived with the towels, and I had to find a hotel employee who could show me where to go to get towels.I chose to stay here for Valentine's Day because I have enjoyed my stays at Hyatt Regency hotels in the past, but after experiencing a less than stellar night at your hotel that required multiple trips to the front desk due to no one answering the phone I am apprehensive about returning for another stay. The front desk should notify customers who may not be aware that Article One - American Grill offers this service (including hours of availability). I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Valentine's Day and would have loved to order food to my room if available, but I did not know about this service until I saw it advertised on the TV in the room. The hotel was very nice cosmetically, but changes definitely can and should be made to improve the stay for everyday customers and especially customers who are members of the World of Hyatt program. First, Beside our Bed there bunch if left over potato chips were found. It was absolutely unclean! Second, if you want to use the valet parking service, it is $62 alone without the tip. If you add tip, it will be well over $80+ for one night parking. Is this a some kind of sick joke? Third, when we check in, she saw that we came with 3year old who brought swim pool toys and they gave us a room on the other side of the tower so we had to always walk through the lobby after we use swim pool. My family got very sick after this trip. I will be more than happy to sue this hotel if my son gets any worse than now. He has been so sick ever since we came from this hotel. Stay Away! Read less

They should have told me there is no free parking for guest. also, the Bed & breakfast program is only for 2 people. I had to pay extra $100 more for parking and my 2 kids' breakfast. It was not that happy.

On more than one occasion myself and my colleagues ended up going to the bartender to order our food and drink because we could no longer wait for the waitress to come to our table The rooms are average. The staff was friendly. One big downfall was one of the escalators that led to the conferences rooms were not working for the entire time i was there. I found that to be unacceptable as there was only one elevator that went to the basement level. There were many people who had mobility issues that were attending the conference. Read less
