We stayed in a double queen room and one of the bedding had dirty (not stained) sheets. Beds were hard and pillows were flat. Staff was wonderful and hotel is conveniently located. For the overall nightly price, I expected more comfortable beds and of course the bedding to have been laundered.

Great location and a nice hotel experience. Easy walking distance to the Capital and many other attractions. The staff was courteous and friendly.

Hotel is in premium location however the place isn’t that safe. Hotel do not give drinking water and we need to ask them each day for bottled water

The location to the Capital is within walking distance and the hotel overall is great. The staff went out of there way to ensure your treated right. There is no shopping and very little other restaurants in the immediate area.

This hotel has it all. As close as you can get to the Capitol and the Smithsonians. Everyone we interacted with from the front desk to the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was a few steps ahead of other hotel restaurants in terms of the staff and the food. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. There's a hotel store which includes a coffee shop that was impressive. Price was reasonable for a 4 star hotel. We would definitely stay there again. Read less
